Top guys. Always call you by name when you call, must be some call recognition but its a great personal touch. A very very busy business but workers always pleasant and cheerful. If you love your pizzas with an Asian flavour, this is the place.
Pleasantly Surprised – Just Like the Old Days! I was initially skeptical about ordering from Aziz again, especially after seeing so many negative reviews recently. Honestly, I’m not sure what all the fuss is about. After 2–3 years, I decided to give it another try tonight—and I’m so glad I did! The food was just as good as I remembered: fully loaded, generous with the toppings, fresh, and full of flavor. Now that I’ve given it a proper trial, I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you! ☺️
This was truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. From the first bite, everything stood out — the crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce was rich and full of flavour, and the toppings were incredibly fresh. Good friendly customer service. Been eating from here for many a year. In my opinion the BEST desi style pizza in Birmingham. Would definitely RECOMMEND this place for their Pizzas. EDIT REVIEW...... Noticed recently that the price has increased which is understandable with the cost of living. But to increase the price and reduce the amount of topping that you now get on the pizzas is like a double edge sword. Got different variety pizzas on last few occasions and has has been the case on all occasions which is very disappointing and I think the quality of taste is not as before. SO FROM PREVIOUS 5 STAR RATING I'LL HAVE TO KNOCK OFF 2 STARS.
Disgusting customer service. Rude arrogant members of staff speaking above customers and raising voice. Lying about prices and being caught out when trying to over charge. Even if the food was any good I would avoid due to disrespectful manner of staff. Teach your staff some manners! Reply to your response: Clearly your staff have not been trained as they gave me the final prices and then attempted to change these constantly. I told him to cancel the order as I was not going to be spoken that way as he proceeded to shout down the phone and talk over me. If he then continues to make the order after this that's his problem. Good for him for wasting the food. Bravo. I'd say that is a sackable offence but to each business their own.
Overcooked and burnt pizza. Definitely do not recommend wasting a penny here on any pizza at it will always taste dry, overcooked, burnt out toppings and stale pizza base. They definitely have a faulty pizza machine which is stuck on one setting which they can't afford to replace
BIG NO!! After reading so many good reviews, decided to check it out. Found a hair on my pizza and pepperoni slices seemed outdated/uncooked and also flavour wasn't great. It also came slightly burnt from bottom. Staff were vaping in the kitchen so you can imagine the hygiene level.
