Food is lovely, never had an issue. Always friendly. Don't know what delivery is like as I always go and collect it, as it is quicker
Fantastic customer service, accidentally ordered twice and they rang to double check i was OK and was quickly rectified. Mixed kebab and southern fried potato chunks are a top tier combo. Lovely flavour and pizza was fresh. Can't fault this place.
They don’t give you what you order, I asked for a burger completely plain - it still had their dirty yellow crap they call cheese on it leaving it inedible and me hungry. They don’t seem to understand that people have allergies and might trust them to have basic compression and give people what they ordered. For a food establishment to leave cheese on when ordered completely plain is unacceptable.

Not sure what to say other than, delicious... Pizza was lovely, mixed wrap was enormous, wings were crispy and juicy, the delivery man was polite and friendly .. .. First time we've ordered from here definitely won't be the last. Thank you! Edit: ordered two or three times since my initial review and we've now found our new favourite takeaway. Pizza always perfect and found out new favourite side .. Chilli cheese bites.
While the food is usually very good, the service lately it's getting ridiculously slow. We were told it was going to be 45 minutes and an hour and 15 minutes later, we're told the driver has just set off. If it's going to be an hour and half I'd sooner they say that instead of saying 45 minutes and it being twice as long. That's one of the reasons we stopped using the previous takeaway and if this continues, then we'll be ordering from somewhere else in future.
After using a different pizza place for ages, they let us down so we thought we'd give these a try. The cheesy garlic bread is amazing. Extra garlic on as well, mmmmmm :) Not the cheapest but they deliver on time and the food is always great.
Ive ordered a pizza before from pontillos and got lots of hair inside them,I rang and complained to the manager and he said he would put the problem right, jst orded a calzone and yet again full of hair,PLEASE DNT ORDER FROM HERE, YUCKKKKK
