   We ordered two separate pizzas, a large pepperoni, and a large vegi sizzler. Upon delivery we received one half and half pizza, instead of two pizzas. Upon ringing the store, after many failed attempts, the manager answers the phone, and refused to even acknowledge that they had made a mistake and told us to contact support, attempting to wash his hands of the situation. Only upon threatening to come down to the store to rectify the issue, did the manager move get his arse into gear and finally decide to deliver us a fresh pizza. The way the manager has conducted themselves is absolutely appalling, and I cannot recommend going to this store ever again. The food would have been great, but having to sit there waiting while the half and half went cold is an absolute joke. Honestly at this point go to Dominos, at least you actually get what you order, and the staff actually do take full responsibility if they make a mistake - unlike in Allteron Pizza Hut.

   Very very disappointed. 50 mins late Cold I paid for no sweetcorn, it came with sweetcorn Very sad that Pizza hut has lost its good reputation.

   Ordered a half&half on the app. The app didn't state that both halves had have the same sauce, so wasn't as ordered. Restaurant made us another one as ordered and delivered it. Thankyou. Outstanding customer service.

   Ordered two pizzas, the GOAT and the mega pepperoni. Ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni on the second pizza, but when it arrived neither of the extras were on it, there wasn’t even a decent amount of cheese and pepperoni for a normal pizza, let alone one that was meant to have extras. Tried to call the store three times to get it sorted, no answer. The pizza was very dry, almost no sauce, chewy and bland. Not going to order from here again.

   Waited for 25 mins in the shop, rang the bell and waited to not even hear from any staff at all wouldn’t have minded if they just said I’ll be a minute but didn’t get any response. Eventually came out 25 mins later saying he doesn’t have the names of the orders and to give order numbers instead of just shouting out the orders he had then proceeded to go back into the kitchen again. For the sake of a tenner didn’t want to wait any longer without knowing how long our food was going to be so just left.

   This Pizza Hut is genuinely amazing, I'm gonna get fat because of how good the pizza is haha. Me and my boyfriend just went and we always go when he visits me, its always banging. Fresh, hot, garlic dust, amazing prices, not stingy with the toppings. Actually bloody amazing 10/10. My only complaint is that I can't get this every day of the week ahahah

   Monika at Smithdown road Pizza Hut is a credit to your company. That lady needs a raise!! Initially I called up after an online order and she happily arranged my request to add jalapeños to my pizza and have delivery rather than collection (which I selected in error). When the pizza arrived one of the pizzas was half and half margarita/pepperoni. I called her back and said I’d ordered Hawaiian not margarita. She politely asked me to check my order, which I did, and in fact she was right. I ordered the wrong pizza. I went back to the phone and admitted it was my fault, yet she insisted they send out another pizza with the order I originally wanted. Even though I messed up!! She was just happy to be spoken to with dignity and respect, which was humbling for me. I was shocked at how great she was and literally would make me choose and recommend this Pizza Hut all the time now. Thank you Monika!

   The friendliest most beautifully souled staff in any pizza place I’ve ever known, the pizza is made with love and care, the garlic sprinkles are like fairy dust, I’m now a regular customer and I tell everyone I know that dominoes and papa johns is garbage compared to the god worthy creations these artists produce.

   Smithdown Road Branch, L15, Liverpool - Ordered 2 Large Pizzas, Wedges, Nachos and a bottle of drink - Meal Deal £24.99 + Dips. (£25.98) The lack of quality control was appalling. Pizza arrived really quick (30 minutes) which was actually quite good having waited 2 hours when I've ordered previously (1*), but this time the food was totally over-cooked, to the point all the meat on the Pizza had dried out and gone crispy (My missus actually broke off a piece of her back tooth). Took a couple of pictures before we ate it, as we didn't get that 'oh wow, that looks gorgeous' feeling when I opened it up, but frankly we were starving so ate what was feasible anyway; sadly it didn't disappoint us on the taste front as it was as bad as we thought it would be. Rock Hard and tasteless. The only saving grace was sufficient dipping sauce to douse the pizza in. Texas BBQ - Literally no BBQ Sauce base, dry as hell and tasteless 1/2 Buffalo & Jalapeño - Dry, not spicy at all, mayo saved it a little bit 1/2 Meaty One - Seriously dry, hard, crispy chicken, dry hard bacon, not juicy or tender at all. Nacho's - Complete lack of topping and dry as hell, skimping on the cheese and salsa eh PH' Potato Wedges - Actually OK! I'm frankly getting really P***** Off with local Pizza companies right now because it seems like they've took a nose dive and don't care about customers; this isn't the first (major chain) over the last few months I've had issue with. Pizza's like this should have a person at the end of the line saying 'it can't go out like that make it again'; but no franchises are owned by greedy operators that place quality behind profit.
