   Service was a bit slow to start but there was only one server, but once we had ordered service was very good staff where friendly and attentive, we had cheesy garlic bread to start this was nice the other starter was a giant dough bomb which was lovely! Mains where nice too. The brisket and chianti ragu pasta was nice very rich and the sticky pig pizza was very tasty. Good sized portions and everything was nicely presented.

   Asli was amazing help tonight we came around half 10 and by 11pm we had ordered, got our food and eaten. Her service was amazing and done everything to help us she could, she was such a lovely person and so talkative! She took great care of us aswell as 4 other tables, felt so welcoming she’s a great person and waitress. She helped with our order and told us the best things to order and depending on our point of view aswell. Big 5 star review for Asli she’s an amazing waitresses and will definitely be returning back to zizi speke because of her, never felt welcomed into a restraint so amazing before she done everything she could when she could. She had no rush to get us out whilst we let our food sit after 11pm and reassured us that there was no rush to leave .

   Myself and my husband came for the three course set menu today and for our first time eating at Zizzi. We got the calamari starter, pizza mains and tiramisu and lemon cheesecake for dessert and everything tasted lovely and was well presented. Our server Anna was lovely and went above and beyond to check everything was perfect for and we will definitely be back again! Thank you!

   We go here regularly as a family of 4. Astley and her team are absolutely wonderful! Last night, we were told that they were 3 staff down at short notice and that there was a wait on. They made sure to take my little girl’s order straight away and her food was with her in 10 minutes avoiding a toddler meltdown! Once we had ordered, our food came much quicker than expected and was delicious as always. The staff checked on us multiple times and made sure everything was okay despite being so short staffed. We’ll definitely be returning!

   Came here today with a group of friends, the restaurant wasn’t busy. We were sat instantly by a male waiter on a table that had no cutlery but I’ll come back to that later. We decided to use the app to order our food and drinks. After 20 minutes of waiting for our drinks, we had to ask the waitress where they were, to which then and only then did she start making the drinks. Upon receiving our starters, we still didn’t have our cutlery, we asked a waitress if she could get us some, to which she said yes. She then went over to another member of staff and had a conversation with her. At this point we started getting a little frustrated with the lack of service we were receiving. A waitress came over to take away our starter plates in which we had asked again for some cutlery, again it didn’t come. We knew we needed cutlery before our mains came so we asked a third time, in which we actually received them from a third member of staff, who was pleasant and actually cared about their customers. When we came to pay the bill, there was a £13 service charge in which we couldn’t remove. We didn’t want to pay a service charge for the service we received or should I say lack of service we received. The food was great, that was the only saving grace from our outing here today. I couldn’t fault my meals. If this is the type of service we received whilst it was quite, I’d hate to image what we would have received if it was busy.

   I have patronised Zizzi twice, first time was a dine in and the recent visit was a take out which I picked up. The food here is super delicious and tasty. Particularly, I love the pizza. For the recent take out, my guest said the food tasted like an homemade meal, and they all enjoyed their meals. The restaurant is always busy which is a good sign that other customers enjoy visiting. The restaurant’ interior is beautiful and most of the customers assistants are nice. I will definitely patronise them again in future.

   Amazing once again, busy Friday night but still plenty of space between guests so wasn't too loud, staff were great, very friendly, food was perfect, changed my usual of Lasagne but was not disappointed with the Spaghetti Bolognese, will definitely be coming back!

   I'm going to cover the features within this restaurant and then give my overall review. Starting with the: Food - The food served in this restaurant looks pretty good and same for the taste. I ordered one of their specialties which they were advertising outside to try and it was alright. I wasn't "over the moon" about it, but it was good food nonetheless. Menu - The menu in this restaurant is nice. Its easy to read, well laid out and has alot to offer. The specialties are also highlighted and concise in their descriptions. Queue Speed -  I came here on a Saturday afternoon and thankfully didn't have to queue for a seat. Ordering food was also straight forward and the waiting period wasn't too long either. Overall I was pleased with the pace of services in this restaurant. Sitting Space - The sitting spaces are really nice in comparison to most  restaurants I've been at. The chairs and table locations are good and in great condition, plus they're not all too close together - so you won't have to worry about overhearing conversations or having other listen in on yours. Lighting - The lighting in this restaurant is marvellous  and provides a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The lighting is also ideal for those who like to take pictures of themselves or their food inside the restaurant - or for reviews in my case. Customer service - The customer service here is pretty good as the members of staff all seem pretty competent and level headed. Hygiene -The hygiene in this restaurant is really good. The seating areas were all clean and well looked after and the same can be said for the toilets. Overall - I really liked this restaurant and would like to return and try more food from the menu. I found the restaurant to be pretty eye catching from the moment you step inside. The beautiful art work across the walls, the nature-esque decor, the bar and the trendy setup all make for a beautiful and refreshing dining experience.

   Standard Zizzi fare. The food was cooked well and presented well. It tasted delicious. Slightly annoyed at £150 for 5 people to eat and only one alcoholic drink brought and 3 desserts. Not great value for money. Value is what brought it down to 4 stars because the place was clean, the staff friendly and the food hot!
