   The beef noodle is good taste. The salt and pepper chicken is highly recommended. There are too many choices. They offers Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean dishes in Hong Kong style. I suggest they should limit the recipe to limited edition 期間限定, or summer menu or winter menu besides the all time menu. This can have better customer expectation management, as well as quality and profit control. This can attract the everyday-canteen customers with fresh new idea. I am thinking about the sweet soy sauce hot pot in Japanese style or korean team hot pot, pre-ordered lamb hot pot in winter, all kinds of cool noodle in summer. Just brainstorming.

   Very delicious Taiwan cuisine! The beef noodles was very juicy and soft. The oyster noodle was exactly the same as the noodle in Taiwan. Brilliant!!

   Very authentic Taiwanese beef noodles and crispy chicken bites. The broth of the noodle is rich in flavour and the tingling hint of Szechuan pepper corn really adds a-lot of colour to the bowl.
