   We were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary & returned to the restaurant as we’ve had good experiences before. I booked online in a very straight forward process & was contacted nearer the time to check booking was still needed. From entry to departure it was just lovely & were well taken care of - even with 2 complimentary drinks. Totally unexpected! Food was amazing. We will be returning

   Our first visit to ASK Italian and definitely won’t be the last. It was fully booked and obviously busy (always a good sign), yet we received the most welcoming of greetings and attention throughout our service. Tom, our designated waiter, was a delight and very helpful, mentioning the highlights of the menu. We both went for the 3 course special menu, and when the food arrived, it exceeded our expectations, freshly prepared, wonderfully presented, hot and had a depth of flavour so rare nowadays in fast food restaurants. All courses were a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds and great value for money. Thanks guys, we will look forward to our planned return visit in a couple of weeks.

   Had a wonderful time at this Italian restaurant in Sheffield. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The chef was incredibly welcoming — he even came over to our table and personally recommended dishes for us, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food and service here. Everything from the starters to the desserts was full of flavour and beautifully presented. It felt like a real slice of Italy right here in Sheffield. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great Italian food with genuine hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!

   The food was amazing! Loved the stuffed mushrooms. I usually don’t order vegetarian food but a friend of mine who’s birthday we went there for was veg and I swear that the fettuccine carbonara substituted with vegan bacon was literally the best pasta dish I’ve had in quite a while.

   Really lovely meal. Would definitely go again and it was nice that my daughter could order a vegan pizza (as opposed to just a tomato). The oven baked chicken in white wine creamy mushroom sauce was scrummy and piping hot. The staff were attentive and the restaurant had a good natural (chatty) atmosphere.
