   Our latest visit here today. Its a place myself and my brother have been many many times and its always good. But this time I think it was one of those right things at the right time moments. It was perfect. Always a friendly welcome. And the food was hot,fresh and tasty. Great staff and always happy to help. Don't get me wrong this is not fine dining. Its a buffet. But its a great buffet. :)

   Was absolutely terrible, food was definately reheated!! Customer service was honestly so bad- The old lady who has been there for many years told us we only had a maximum of 30 minutes to eat while we had booked, arrived on time and in the booking confirmation it said we had 1hr and 3mins which is very reasonable as i can imagine it’s a weekend and gets busy but when i tell you we booked for 5:45pm she came over to the table with the card machine at 6:13!!! Then proceeds to tell us we need to get a move on as they want to push 2 tables together to seat 11 people who had just walked in. I’m absolutely disgusted with my experience definately will not be visiting again. Waiters walking around on their phones and also watched one of the male workers eat one of the chips out of the bowl. literally vile do not recommend to anyone at all.

   It's been years since I brought my kids to eat here, now they're adults! Such a nostalgic visit for us on my daughters birthday. Food was to an even greater standard than before, excellent choice and quality. So enjoyable. We visited on a Sunday, around 12.30pm and it wasn't busy at all but within 30 minutes, it was much busier. Service, choice, quality, lovely clean environment, a very happy visit for us.

   Gotta give it to them, the food was a hit back to beck. I tried almost everything. The mushrooms perfectly sauced, broccoli that sent me back for more (super tasty), the black bean sauce, the duck in plum sauce... Goodness, it was a delightful journey. Well worth the money. They'll be seeing me and the family back here for sure!!! The service was great too. Very polite and prompt.

   Buffet Island offers great value for money, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. It's a place I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch Chinese buffet in Birmingham. They had a vast selection of delicious food. However, for me, the prawns were a definite highlight - perfectly cooked, succulent, and full of flavour, it was hard not to go back for seconds and thirds. The dessert bar had a variety cakes, paired with creamy ice cream, which was the ideal end to the meals. The restaurant has a warm and inviting feel, making it a comfortable spot for a family dinner, a meal with friends, or a casual date night. Adding to the pleasant environment were the staff, who were consistently nice and friendly, always ready with a smile and quick to clear plates, ensuring the dining experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish.

   Amazing food, a good place to eat and relax in a cozy atmosphere. The price is 18£/person. You can eat as much as you can. The drink you pay separately. I highly reccomand.

   One of the first places I went to in Birmingham. The variety and choices of food and drinks are rich. The meals were tasty and I truly enjoyed eating here. It's a place where family, friends and sundry can converge on and have a wonderful time wining and dining. Both adults and kids would definitely find this, a place to love. You should be here!

   All freshly cooked all these gorgeous dishes to choose from even duck and pancakes. Sushi or salad bar fresh fruit or be tempted by the desserts and chocolate fountain. Nice modern decor and friendly staff. Food was fantastic

   After Christmas market we decided to visit some where to eat and this time decided come to buffet island and we didn't disappointed food was nice tasty and fresh staff was top in up dishes time by time to don't let run out . Chef on grill cook beautifully dishes with your own choice ingredients seasoning with bit salt and soya sauce I ask whit bit chilli and is blow my mind was so tasty you cam see most traditional dishes are served in this place . I will come back I I will visit this are in future .
