Please ensure your staff carry out mandatory ID testing training. 25 year olds should not be challenged for paracetamol. For reference, I do not look 16. I have tattoos and had car keys in my hand. It works both ways.

Just came back from Morrison’s on a busy Saturday. The two Butchers were very helpful and guided me though my portion sizes. As there was not the Lamb leg to the size I needed they even cut me one special . Nice to have such a professional butchers in house. Nice one . Thanks.

Went to the cafe. Awful sausage cob was really dry. No butter even though it was selected. The sausages used to be gorgeous but now tasteless and like cardboard. Was informed the old sausages had been changed to frozen ones. Avoid

Roadchef is a solid and reliable stop for anyone travelling long distances. The facilities are clean and easy to access, with plenty of parking and clear signage. There’s a good mix of food and drink options to suit different tastes, from grab-and-go snacks to sit-down meals. Staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience more pleasant. It’s a convenient place to refuel, rest, and refresh before getting back on the road, and it always feels well managed and welcoming.

The Morrisons has been around for many years and is more your older style of supermarket. Still has all the areas you need and includes gluten free and meat free options. Fresh bread daily and meat counter. Not a massive Supermarket so don’t expect all the brands you would find elsewhere. The prices are always reasonable compared to other main brands. It’s a good place for a basic shop to get the essentials on a weekly basis. The parking can be a bit hectic at times.

The cafe was disgusting, I had to clear and wipe a table, cake was dry, was told after paying that there was a half hour wait on food. When food came it was cold, utterly disgusting and would never eat there again

Nice clean and tidy store. Main reason for going was to have lunch in the café. Didn't really enjoy it. I had to send my meal back because it was cold. The coffee was only lukewarm too.

Very disappointing, Cafe is automated, fine for youngsters not so much fun for elderly. Water and coffee been moved, with no notice as to where to. On the checkouts, staff were beyond slow, self serve checkout failed to register offer on nappies, when speaking to customer service, they struggled to work out the change needed for £21 out of £29.98, on the whole very frustrating, i doubt i shall return to that store

After getting our shopping by doorstep delivery for at least 10 months, today 15th September, after waiting for over 30 minutes to get through we were told we could no longer get our shopping this way because our card was not registered. No information on their website as to how to register the card, no answer when I messaged them. No satisfaction whatsoever. So now we have no food. Customer satisfaction absolutely nil.
