   I’m am absolutely appalled by two members of staff, both claiming to be managers. They treated a male customer with what I can only describe as ‘atrocious behaviour’, whilst stood in the queue, waiting to pay for my shopping, they both started shouting at him, I have HLCPTSD, so I triggered and became distressed myself. The female, screamed that she was going to put his picture all over Facebook!!! It was as if she was possessed, it really was. I felt so sorry for the man/customer on the receiving end of them both. I won’t be going back there ever again and will be advising family and friends not to either, such a shame as I’ve been going there since it opened. No one should be treated how the man/customer was treated. Shame on the two ‘Managers’, as they are the ones representing Lidl. Absolute bully’s and should be ashamed of themselves. In fact I feel so strongly about it, I’m going to contact the head office in Germany.

   Firstly, I asked where scotch eggs were “chilled section” was all I got… oh, really? I’d never have guessed. How helpful Then I get shouted at by the staff on the till because they can’t recognise a 5 pence coin. Too often the staff here are either rude or unhelpful, usually both.

   This is an utterly pointless supermarket. They have absolutely nothing worth buying and a big chunk of the store is occupied by their extremely unhygienic "bakery" section. In addition, the shop is full of ignorant, selfish customers, who will barge through you without apology and thinks it's appropriate to use the basket self serve to buy trolleys full of shopping. Then, to top it all off, you've got clueless staff letting it all happen without questioning anything! The only positive, is that sometimes they have plants worth buying.

   Lidl is always a great place to shop, and this branch didn’t disappoint. The store was clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate, with a wide range of quality products at really good prices. Fresh fruit and veg were well stocked and looked very fresh, and the bakery section is always a highlight with warm, tasty pastries. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept the tills moving quickly, making checkout smooth even at busy times. The middle aisle bargains are always fun to browse, and I managed to pick up a couple of great value items. Overall, a brilliant shopping experience that saves money without compromising on quality – I’ll definitely keep coming back.

   Still my favourite basics supermarket but there are always specials unavailable in other stores. Like all shops prices have soared over last year but nonetheless Lidl relatively much better value.

   Has a mobility scooter user n disabled using this supermarket wide Isles plus toilet easy to remember we're everything is good named products very good pricing and helpful staff at the tills, regularly customer. it would not be appropriate to take photos.

   We normally visit the Lidl in Shirebrook but on the last 3 visits there was no sugar free orange pop and upon asking the manager when there would be any available I received a couldn't care less reply of " I've no idea ". Visiting the Chatsworth Road branch the whole store atmosphere was much better, the shelves were well stocked and altogether a pleasant experience.
