Ordered food at 7pm. Delivery arrived at 9:30pm . Food was cold and order was completely wrong. Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not be ordering from here ever again.
Made an order online 8.40, closes at 9pm, to collect. Money taken out of my bank, restaurant would not confirm order. Had to ring them, told me to ring up and sort it, that's what I thought I was doing??? Told me they had switched the machine off because they were closing, i said it was not 9pm. Not helpful in the slightest, will not be ordering again from these
Awful food. Prawn toast smelled off the taste was awful it was just pure oil. Fish also smelled off. Also charged me £4 for delivery when advertising free delivery with min £10 spend, something that should have cost £13 ended up costing over £18. Awful.

Food has always been nice, customer service on the other hand is so poor, lady on the phone not interested in our complaint whatsoever, and if you place your order on their app, don't expect to get what you have ordered when you collect. We ordered fish, order was accepted when we went to collect get told we've not had fish in all day so why accept our order????? we get home to discover no chips with the order call the chippy to complain not interested whatsoeve, no apology nothing poor poor service don't think we will be using this chippy again which is a shame really
Been our family chippy for years but unfortunately after tonight's very long wait (2 hours from actual order time) and awful customer service we won't be returning plus not sure if there is a different chef but food standard has certainly changed over the past couple of weeks! Shame really, as we usually have nothing but praise for this place.
The worse Chinese I have ever had, just so bland I think they may have ran out of salt. The cheesy garlic bread was good though, so it probably depends a lot on what you order. Definitely steer clear if you're looking for Chinese food, especially if you are vegetarian as the 'veg' was 95% bean sprouts and the odd green pepper. Chips were awful too but maybe because they didn't ask if we wanted salt & vinegar (we did) so they were completely unseasoned and tasteless too
Very tasty crispy chicken in ok sauce with noodles plus garlic! Arrived hot and was just beautiful. Lady that took my phone order was very helpful and helped me choose my meal as I was not sure what I wanted... I called the shop after eating to thank them and give them the positive feedback.
