Last time i order here. Why do these places ruin it for themselves. Cant even get a chicken order right but work in a chicken shop. Got half my order wrong and chicken burger was pink and chewy could kill somebody. Was ok the first time then i think they stop giving a shit
SAM AND HARRYS, MORE LIKE SCAM AND HARRYS! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!! I ORDERED A SINGLE BURGER MEAL AND THEY TOOK 2HOURS TO DELIVER I ONLT LIVE 10 MINUTES AWAY ONTOP OF THAT FOOD WAS EXTREMELY COLD THE MAN ON THE PHONE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM WHEN MY FOOD IS COMING HE HUNG UP. HOW RUDE CAN A PERSON BE ? HE SOUNDED LIKE A FRESHIE TOO SO THAT DOSENT COME AS A SURPRISE. 30 PLUS MISS CALLS LATER THEY FINALLY DECIDE TO ANDWER AND PROCEED TO TELL ME THAT MY ORDER IS COMING IN 5 MINUTES I WAS WAITNG FOR 20 MINUTES AND NOTHING CAME I CALLED AGAIN AND THE MAN SAID ANOTHER 5 MINUTES. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY SCAMMERS AND CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 4PPUNDS FOR A DRINK I DID NOT ORDER!!!
Went for a loaded burger meal with fries. Could not recommend it enough, was genuinely very nice. Top tier food with top tier service, definitely my new weekly go to.
Nice and quiet the service is amazing and the chicken steak burger and fries without the drink is only 3 quid and has to be the best in Birmingham hands down. Let's hope they don't get more expensive.
Came in and purchase a pizza and supreme burger meal, wedges and some wings. Food quality is/was mediocre ok. I guess it can be done better if some attention was given. The staff are very nice, but I think the store needs a revamp. For the name "Sam and Harry's"; I presume the service, shop and all would be of a high standard.

I was in last nite may have been your last costumer order a wrap it was so dry and chewie. You pay full price to 3 class meal the store should know if the food is ready for the bin it should not be sold for a extra few pounds. Or sold at a give away price so the client knows if to have it or not. My money is hard earned not given to me
Combo meal for 3.5 is awesome. But the chicken was not cooked properly or it was old. It’s our luck to get well cooked
NOT ONLY A POOR FHRS RATING OF 1 LACKING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS Went in at 4.30 and ordered a pizza and chicken to be delivered for 7pm that night. It arrived 35 minutes late and stone cold. Decided to take it back and complain. NO APOLOGY NO OFFER TO FIX THE PROBLEM SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE
