This place is very unorganized and rude. We had tried to sit down with our children having a nice meal after playing bowling.Not to mention we have two children with autism so it was very difficult to deal with the issue.I had called the restaurant to ask for booking a table,the lady told me no need booking,just walk in as it's not busy . During bowling I them decided to go ask the lady again if she can reserve the table, again she said no need to book it we can walk in,so this is twice now I had tried to reserve table and was turned down.It was 18:00 when us six people was ready to walk in for dinning in,and was told that we have no booking and it's going to be very difficult to eat in as not had enough table I had explained to this young arrogant rude woman that I had tried twice to book in and was turned down,kids was hungry,we all was,she wasn't pleasant infact very rude,in the end we had to leave this placeband ordered in . Avoid this place, honestly not worth your money there was family who waited for food over hour,,you could tell the frustration the family experienced.Shocking place with rude staffing;

My two are part of the Happy Bowlers that bowl each week at NAMCO. The team are great. We wanted to give a special mention to Kim as she is always wonderfully cheery, superbly helpful, fabulously patient and brilliantly friendly with our food and drink orders - thank you!!

Visited today and while the food was great and the service was on point considering how busy your staff members were i have to say the atmosphere left little to be desired! I was with my family and a young child and while i appreciate you cannot control the customers you have, i was horrified to witness the shear rudeness and disrespect your poor staff had to endure from a larger capacity table. They were obviously very intoxicated, which each to their own we all like a drink, but it didn’t give them the right to be so disgusting, they were obnoxious and appeared to take pleasure in causing issues and making the poor girl who was serving them very upset and uncomfortable, they were abusive and quite frankly ganged up on her swearing and clearly trying to get her in trouble in order to get money off their food! had my child have not been with me i would have stepped in and made a complaint there and then. The young girl, fair play tried to stand her ground and hold her own in the politest way possible but the abuse she took from these low life individuals was in no doubt upsetting to her, it was upsetting to watch, so i just hope while you cannot control the public, you can control how your staff are treated and i do hope this poor girl was given the support from her management and other staff members because they should have asked to the party to leave so everyone else was not disturbed

Not too noisy. Great service and good food. Really enjoyed the Sweet Potato Fries. Great selection of choices on the menu (including deserts). Parking available as well as big games on the TV. Very positive experience.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Not family friendly. Would not recommend. We were refused enter to this venue today because no booking. Staff told us to stand outside and book online and we could go back in. We took our 2 toddlers and stood outside in January cold weather and booked on my phone. Went back in 10 minutes later and staff sat us down at our reserve an We were then told that there was 45 min wait for food, the. 60 min wait for food, then told that the kitchen was closed and they would not accept our online booking. The children had chosen their meal from the menu and were starving hungry when we were told that they were closing the kitchen. The restaurant wasn’t even half full. The staff clearly did not want to serve us. I don’t know if they wanted to close early, but this was only at 1pm. Shocking and ridiculous way to treat customers. The food looked really cheap anyway. Luckily we found a lovely pub up the road who served nice home cooked food and staff were really friendly and accommodating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. there are a few lovely pubs close by which are much more family friendly and professional.

Credit where credits due. We went in at 8pm tonight and was met by the friendliest staff who were attentive and nice throughout even though they were totally swamped. They could have done with another staff member on tables but on the whole we had nothing to complain about. The food was good, it was well priced and a great atmosphere.

Visually nice, convenient next to the bowling alley, with 3 hours free level access parking. Restaurant is clean and food is reasonably priced, staff are friendly. There were only about four covers when we visited, yet the food took ages to arrive and the same with the bill! Food was good and what you’d expect for this type of restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend you have the pizza though.

Onion rings were sitting in a pool of oil. Beer tasted and smelt off. Steak was not cooked how I asked and also came out cold. Chips were cold and tasted of oil. Front of house also seemed miserable. Nobody came to check if the food was good. All whilst there were only 3 families in the place. Need a change of staff or more training. This place has potential.
