The food quality and service were great. However the main room appears to have no central heating rads and is dependant upon small electric fires and gas heaters randomly placed here and there to ward off the winter chill. The carpet, chairs and tables are very much past their best and the general atmosphere is not appealing. Loos were great. On the right track but lots left to do.

Called ahead first to ask about bringing three of my service users (one learning disabilities and two complex needs). Couldn't be more helpful on the phone. Even suggested we could have a table in the quietest area. Once there, the staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, courteous and couldn't do enough to make sure our people were comfortable and stress free. Took the guys names so the bills didn't get confused and allowed us as much time as we needed at the table. Mitchell and Aaron, you were both brilliant and a credit to the pub. Thankyou both and we will definitely be back soon

Beautiful pub, we have been here before whilst cruising along the canal. Food was yummy and lots of it! Had a cocktail and that was yummy too. Lovely place to come for a drink or food. Has a big beer garden with things to keep the kids entertained ❤️

A perfectly ok pub. They were busy which meant we were kept waiting a while. My chicken & leak pie looked lovely and was, but there wasn't too much in there when I cut into it. I thought the beer choice could have been wider as well but maybe that's a Manchester thing. We were there once before for a pint after a walk along the canal, and it is a nice spot for that end of walk drink.

Awesome locally owned pub serving fresh cooked food. Lovely beer garden overlooking the canal - Sunday dinners are lush as are the chicken & bacon salad

Called with a friend on the off chance of getting a tablet for two. Staff were lovely, very helpful anf attentive (we're a couple of golden oldies) nothing was too much trouble, we both ordered steak which was first class and cooked exactly how we like it. Would certainly recommend and will be going there again.
