A little bit expensive. I just had a regular chips & it was £3.70 but I suppose inflation is playing it's part. Still decent chips & you do get quite a lot for what you pay. They have a great menu - been using this chippy since I moved here & haven't found one that beats it! Staff are friendly & chatty ☺️
Unacceptable food quality. Sold me RAW CHICKEN tikka meat and RAW CHICKEN nuggets and also managed to forget my small curry sauce. It was a big order consisting of 3 things. Did issue me a refund for my food when I made my journey back within 15 minutes.
Used to use Josie's chip shop over the road but it went downhill after John left. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. No complaints from me.
I would travel here if I moved. I really liike the place. Staff will recognise you and made sure you look after. I suggest to preorder online cause the place is really busy in peak times. Never had bad food from there and food is nothing short of delicious. Koodos to the lady that does all preorders - has been my personal superstar!
Nice sausage n chips, the kebab was pretty good for a local chippy too.
Chicken kebab meat vile fatty and slimy. You must have changed suppliers because it used to be lovely. Sorry but you've lost customers. We won't be back. False economy. You should have put price up instead of getting in rubbish "meat" if you can still call it that. Very disappointing.
Ordered a large chips for £3.60 the size was small amd the chips were cold and soggy, for £3.60 people deserve better definitely won't be going again worst chips I have had for a very long time.
The fish n chips were amazing with mushy peas. Busy shop and staff are great
