   It was my first time ordering from here yesterday. And I like tasting different takeaways across Birmingham. This takeaway was fantastic food with friendly and efficient service. I ordered the sweet-and-sour King prawns Cantonese style , the roast pork curry with chips and House special fried rice. Will definitely be ordering again! : )

   Been using Lantern house for couple of years now and been pretty good, but today food was bloody awful, mixed dim starter was inedible and looked like cooked in grease 2 years old it was vile,salt pepper chips ok, crab meat soup like dishwater honestly,prawn crackers tasteless think chef must had really bad day i guess it happens! i dont complain ever,but this time we did,phoned to complain and was told ok will tell kitchen ,no offer for partial refund or free anything next time just blasé so what attitude!! Unlike Arnie I WONT BE BACK!!!

   Trusty local Chinese. They went through a ropey patch just after the original owners left but they're fantastic again now. So if you haven't been in a while, give them another go.

   Enjoyed a really nice takeaway as usual but the member of staff who served us was extremely rude. She made a number of mistakes and left our food on the counter to go cold without letting us know it was ready. She kept ignoring me whilst trying to order and answered several calls instead. She was very snappy and rude. Another young assistant started her shift before we left and took the time apologised.

   Been using this chinese takeaway for years whist kate had it. Stopped using when she left, tried it a couple of weeks ago must say OUTSTANDING, absolutely gorgeous food. Better than its ever been. Dinner tonight is the best.
