   I had a brilliant experience at Burger King today. The food was fresh, hot, and actually put together with care — everything tasted just the way it should. The team were friendly and quick, even though it was busy, and you could tell they worked well together. The place was clean, the service felt smooth from start to finish, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, it was one of the best visits I’ve had. Definitely coming back!

   STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE Came yesterday on drive thru a young asian girl gave me my food which was completely wrong she also forgot to give me my drinks also she was very moody! I came back to the store and spoke to another member who was on drive thru that I wanted to speak to a manager when the manager came I think her name was shiti or shatti couldn’t see it clearly as I was on the passenger side. First of all SHES VERY RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC for the mistake that was made by the young asian girl after explaining to her that i had to drive back because firstly she missed the drinks and secondly she took the order wrong. Won’t be coming to this store in the future all because of how the manager shiti or shatti what ever her name is treated myself and my partner when we told her about the issue.

   Ordered through your app for delivery and requested no crispy onions on my burger as I am highly allergic to onions burgers been sent a burger with crispy onions on. This also happened when I last ordered NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Especially when I’ve tried ringing to raise a complaint and you keep rejecting my call

   I was craving a McFlurry but drove past this Burger King first. I haven’t been to Burger King for over 10 years and thought let me see what their ice cream is like. I have fully been converted to burger kings fusion ice creams!! Much better than a McFlurry and will be going regular for one !!

   My visit to this Burger King was extremely disappointing. This particular location is arguably the worst I've ever encountered. The overall atmosphere was messy and dirty, with a car park that resembled a derelict land. Overgrown bushes and neglected surroundings added to the dismal ambiance.The staff seemed unresponsive, lacking in hospitality and attentiveness. But the biggest letdown was the food. It was not only cold and stale but also tasted as if it had been cooked in old, unchanged oil. I added cheese to the royal burger & it was hard & cold like the burger had been sitting there for a very long time & they opened it up to add som cheese. The quality was far below expectations, making for an unpleasant dining experience. Adding to the discomfort, occasional sightings of rats scurrying around the car park were disturbing and concerning. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this Burger King location. It's best to avoid it altogether for a more satisfying and sanitary dining experience elsewhere.

   Apart from the prices being ridiculous as you can expect from burgerking, the food is pretty average. Received my food cold yesterday when I opened it at home I had to reheat it! Not worth the £28 paid. I’d recommend burger and sauce which is about a 6min drive from here!

   Came on bank holiday Monday for take away. Kids meals x2 with cold nuggets and ice freezing juices. 2x adult meals with cold burgers. Good warm drinks. Worst of all were disgusting multiple times re fried chips. 2 stars for free sauces
