I was really disappointed with my experience at Firehouse Peri Peri. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the peri-peri sauce was lacking in flavor. The portions were smaller than expected for the price, and the service was slow. Not worth the money, I won’t be coming back.

The magic triad of poor quality food, which is either over or undercooked and that’s assuming the dish ordered is actually what is served as it’s frequently something completely different. Attempting to rectify problems is complicated by staff who speak very little English. The menu is extensive to the point of having too much on offer. Hygiene standards could be better, as could the inside and outside seating which has seen better days. Can I say anything good about this place? Yes, as of the time of writing it is closed which can only be a good thing.
Not very nice. Ordered double pepperoni pizza, dough was heavy and cheese was thick and made you heave, scarce pepperoni and to make matters worse they cut the pepperoni in half! The fries are ALWAYS chewy and hard for some reason. Haven't ordered in a few months now as I'm just unimpressed. I live literally a min from here by car.
Use to love this place but in the past year, their quality has dropped massively. I live 2mins away and they always seem to deliver late. Food isnt worth the price, bellow average and they dnt seem to follow instructions. I paod extra for cheese on my burger which i didnt get. Plus the owners arrogant, never seems to apologise for being late when askin for an update. I dnt see this place lasting long.dnt waste ur money. Pot noddle wudv satisfied me more. Annoyed as i waited so long to eat dispointing food
Would not recommend to anyone!!! Raw meat given me food poisoning been throwing up for the past half an hour. And the workers there are rude need to have patience
First experience was bad delivered food without our naans then said we must wait 10mins and they delivered I wouldnt mind the shop is 15mins away that's without making naans so in our pjs we set off to return our food once there they guy was nice an apologetic not sure I would have been if he spoke to me the way I spoke him but all ended well fresh food and naan he even earnt a few extra quid from me buying stuff whilst I waited the 20mins for fresh food extras should have been free but food was on par have ordered since and again good was fresh and value for money. Will use again
