   Biryani was really bland, chicken pakora tasted stale and mushy like it was made the day before and just microwaved. And their chilli sauce has a very weird taste, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Best thing was the tandoori wings to be honest, but wouldn’t order from here again and I advise no one else to.

   I visited Red Onion on Birchfield Road and was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty and served hot, with portion sizes that offered great value for money. The menu has a good range of options, and everything we ordered was well-seasoned and freshly prepared. Service was friendly and reasonably quick, even during a busy period. The place itself is clean and comfortable, though the décor could use a little refresh to match the quality of the food. Overall, a solid spot for a satisfying meal at a fair price. I’d happily return and recommend it to others looking for good food without breaking the bank.

3. True experience ★★☆☆☆

   I placed an order for delivery and wanted to share my experience. I ordered a pizza and a chicken boneless curry. The pizza was fine, but the chicken was very disappointing . it had no flavor and just tasted like plain boiled chicken sitting in oil. Even the kids wouldn’t eat it. The delivery itself was on time, which I appreciated, but the quality of the chicken really let the meal down.

   Pizza was good, but Pulao was average. I would recommend to try thier pizza only as they have variety of pizzas with very affordable price.

   Red Onion pizza special was average. Chicken seek kebabs were a bit too salty but meat was tender and the naan bread was soft. Served with fresh salad and plenty of mayo and chilli sauce. Tandoori wings were okay. Prices were reasonable The rest of the menu (mixed grill for an example) was too expensive.

   I ordered mutton pilau from ree onion and no mutton came. Literally just rice. Paid £7 for portion and was very disappointed. Rice was hard and clumpy. Called and the manager said they can't do anything about it. Just lodge a complain. he doesn't mind.

   Mouldy pizza sent. Owner believes its OK because its fresh yeast that causes it so they burn it off. Food hygiene says it's takes at least 4 days to go mouldy in the right conditions.
