   Really enjoyed this! I had the mixed grill, which was very tasty and a great portion for a very reasonable price. The service and atmosphere were great and despite this being my first time trying Syrian food, I was made to feel very welcome and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you!

   Best restaurant experience I’ve had in Birmingham. Warm welcome into restaurant, helpful recommendations of food. The tea is beautiful, we ended up ordering two pots. Starters all so full of flavour, food came quickly. Mains really generous portions and meat cooked so well! You can see the team making all the food fresh. Service so friendly. And they made me feel so comfortable bringing my newborn in, even held him so I could eat. Made us feel right at home the whole time. Will be returning again and again.

   My wife and I visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better start to our long weekend in Birmingham. From the warm welcome to the impeccably clean environment, we knew we were in for a treat - we were. The food was delicious and promptly served. Our hostess was knowledgeable, charming and attentive. My wife had a freekah, which was gorgeous. I had a slab of minced lamb in a tahini sauce: impeccable. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Please try it.

   Fabulous food and service. A wonderful dining experience. Fresh ingredients cooked extremely well. Everything we tasted was delicious. Super warm welcome from our lovely server. Probably the best Eastern Cuisine we've had. Really good value for money. Absolutely loved it. It was so good infact that we ordered takeaway to our hotel tonight. We had chicken, which came with vermicelli rice, which is super delicious, a large pitta, cubed potatoes and dressing. It was, once again absolutely delicious. It was great value for money, came very quickly and was piping hot.

   Really nice! The restaurant is a short walk from city centre. The staff is friendly and kind. Food was great and tasty. The restaurant is quiet. Definitely worth trying it and deserving more exposure! I would recommend it.

   First thing first, we have been waiting more then 40 minutes before we had our starters. And there were literally only 4 people in the restaurant. Besides that, the starters (lentil soup and kibbeh) were of very good quality and taste. For the main we had the Bamieh B'Lahem and the mixed grill. The Bamieh B'Lahem was very good cooked and tastefull but unfortunately the mixed grill was dry and not very tastefull.

   Nice restaurant and respected staff working here, they provide Arabic plate especially the BQQ. The taste was not original as it should be however I am sure non Arab people will love it. Something was missing to make the food 100% delicious, the lentils soup was amazing though. It is still a good place to try our Arabic traditional food and enjoy your time.

   Nice restaurant and pleasant staff. Location in the city centre is not ideal but we managed as it was a quiet evening. Starters are nice and fresh from the set menu. Mains were good food, but nothing that was special outer made it stand out. Sides salad was very mediocre and evident they were produce of the local supermarket bistro salads. Only have a 3 star rating as we were initially served with a chipped glass. When this was highlighted and asked for second drinks and plain water, we then got shards of glass in an empty glass. Very very fortunately we spotted this and alerted the waiter. If my wife had poured herself water, God knows how the evening would have ended up. The waiter apologized and said he would give the manager feedback. At the end of the evening we had the bill and the waiter asked us if we wanted to give additional payment. I don't really know what for considering the lucky escape we just had.... Summary, food is ok, nothing special. Won't be returning anytime, but if you have never had Lebanese starters, worth a try. Photos look great, but food was part for the course.
