Ordered delivery and got a completely wrong order that I couldn't. Robbed my money and my family was left hungry and disappointed.
ordered my meal and took the money but didn’t get my order and when I went round it was shut
Just ordered, mix starter, and prawn puree not the best iv had , just seemed warmed up stuff, should do better for price £13..plus gave tip..bit shit really lads you need to try better especially, re prices and quantity of what a customer actually gets. Not happy.., was so disappointed no pic..

Clean quality fast food great friendly staff always happy to help there customers I asked them to make a custom buttie that wasn’t on menu and they was happy to do make it for me never had any problems with service or food
Had a RANCH SPECIAL KEBAB every week for around 7 months & always very, very good. Tonight, it was around half the usual size & almost cold, even though delivery was within half an hour of ordering??? Chips were so hard, couldn't eat them!! So disappointing, what a waste of money. So different to the usual standard. WHAT HAPPENED????????
Some of the donner pieces had a very strong lamb taste, really disgusting and there is no way plain chunks of chicken is chicken tikka, its supposed to be marinated in a red sauce. Disgusting, lovely delivery driver though.
Use to order from Khawars a couple of years ago. It was good, then they started getting our orders wrong......regularly. Thought I'd try them again tonight. Ordered, collected, guess what? Not what I ordered! Given up now, won't be ordering from them again.
Food delivered clap cold and charged £1 for delivery despite the menu stating that delivery is free within a 3 mile radius if order is over £5. Ordered a kebab with salad and sauce and a burger & chips, no salad on the kebab and also sent an extra portion of chips which we didn’t order but was charged for. Ordered previously and enjoyed the food but will not order again.
