   Probably the worst Chinese I've ever had in my life tasteless and watery sauce in all dishes ! Compliments to the 'Chef ' ! Avoid this establishment as it will disappoint !

   Firstly, no card machine, cash only. Although, you can order online and collect. I ordered and the food was done scary fast. 8 minutes from placing the order to the guy waving saying it was done. I thought that's it, money wasted nothing tasty can be cooked that fast. Boy was I wrong. Chicken noodle soup. Hot and delicious. 10/10 Salt and Pepper ribs. BANGING! Not too much chilly or salt, good portion size. Special chow mein. No veg, thick soft noodles, saucy but not swimming. Meat in abundance. Pork, chicken, beef and king prawns. Problems with my meal: I was going to take leftovers to work for lunch. Now I'm sat here feeling stuffed. I have no regrets.

   Always fantastic food and big portions with good prices. We just ordered (again!) tonight. Food was beautiful, hot and staff are really polite. The only takeaway we use now. Chicken curry and salt and pepper chips, amazing! Thanks guys.

   Food was amazing and there was plenty of it, for the price you can’t beat it, best Chinese in Pontefract and maybe all of Wakefield. Very easy to order and pickup was very simple, food was still hot even after arriving a bit late. I would definitely buy from here again!

   Took 1 hour 40 minutes to be delivered. The delivery driver must of had the carrier bag strapped to the roof from the minute it left the kitchen. I’ve never had brain freeze from a Chinese before so for that I’ve been gracious enough to give them a star. The crispy chilli beef had no flavour and was more like soggy chilli beef. I could go through everything we ordered and rate that but I haven’t got a spare 3 hours. Definitely will not be ordering from here again, it’s a sorry shame

   Disgusting food. Paid £7.10 for 'special' fried rice. Not worth 70p and it was flat cold when collected! Kids meal sent wrong gravy is disgusting and tastes of nothing. No chicken in the the kids chicken balls what a disgrace. Ordered online so they don't want to know. Spent £30.20 what a joke. FURTHER UPDATE - don't use food hub. They sub contract to datman who I've been dealing with for 4 days trying to get my refund. Not heard anything from them so I rang today again and told them if I didn't get my refund I would contact my bank and make a fraud claim. They said the if the takeaway didn't get back to them they'd issue my refund. In less than an hour they rang me and conveniently the takeaway won't issue a refund and I have to go and see them directly. (I rang the takeaway on Sunday when I got my order and they told me I needed to contact the app.) Absolute joke!

   Received my food at Sun Sun House about 5-10 mins after ordering face to face at the counter.I was disappointed though when i began eating my "special curry & chips" I thought the chips had very little flavour if indeed any at all. This was combined with the texture of the chips reminding me of cardboard. Very firm and chewy and im sorry to say they were definitely some of the worst chips ive ever purchased. Although this problem seems to be the case with most "take-away chips" today & not just limited to " The Castle Chinese Take-Away". (However most chip shop chips seem to be of a higher standard). The sauce did'nt taste too bad though tbh & infact was of a nice consistancy,correct spiceyness and very tasty. The meat would also have benefited from a slightly reduced cooking time in my opinion as it was a little overcooked for my own personal tastes. This could just be me been too picky and over critical though.There was actually a very generous portion of assorted meat in the curry (pork,chicken,beef,king prawns)aswell as onions and tbf i have to say the most meat i've ever had in any Chinese take away. Overall i would say the meal was well priced,better than average and i would order from there again. Also i would have given a 3.5 stars rating if it had been possible.
