   New Year’s Day, nothing else open so took a chance on KFC, big mistake. First of all, service with a smile, nope, the customers were all faced with the most miserable excuse behind the counter. No care for your order, serving chips sat cold for ages, food thrown in to the bag with no care, bag not even closed when passed over, he didn’t give a damn about the way in which he served over priced chicken. But what made this even worse, something completely unforgivable and unthinkable, they had the sheer audacity to water down the gravy, I mean not a little, the gravy was like a tub of tasteless brown water, KFC Pontefract you should be ashamed

   Took a chance on delivery but should have known better. Predictably something was missing......10 pieces of original recipe chicken!!!!!! We all went hungry........great. How hard is it to get someone to double check the order is complete before it leaves the shop? I honestly don't understand how this chain is as popular as it is. I think my kids finally realise this too now and will likely stop requesting KFC.

   Last resort takeaway for me. Always a strange experience. Rip off prices and underage service. No adults serving, just kids with absolutely no customer service skills (not surprised they look that young). Place bizarrely shuts at 9pm, and it looks like they stop cooking fresh chicken at 6pm by the looks and taste of it. Customers beware, paying £20 for old soggy chicken and cold beans with service with NO smile isn't what the old Colonel Sanders inviisioned.

   Absolutely shocking, was stood 5+ minutes waiting to get my order taken while the staff walked by me multiple times, ive then ordered on the kiosk and waited for him to take my payment as it was cash hes then walked by me multiple times again while ive been waiting and was complaining saying i dont know how you work here to other staff, walked by me again and then asked are you okay i said yeah im waiting for you taking my payment, he then acted like he knew nothing about it took my order, threw it on side with the box open when i ordered it takeaway then when i asked for a bag he ignored me, i asked again and he also made out like he knew nothing of it being takeaway then either, this is absolutely ridiculous i was waiting 15 minutes for a snack box, the receipt said delayed order and the food was cold anyways and half empty because he put my gravy inside the tiny box as it is wont be coming back.

   Worst KFC I ever had. Chicken not breaded and not cooked properly with pink bones and very long delivery time. Definitely I will not order again from this restaurant

   It is a little bit of a chaotic set up as not clearly signposted where to queue to order and lots of people sort of milling around awaiting their food. Was served fairly quickly and food was good

   Technical issues with the card machines. Cash only. No signs stating "cash only" at the entrance. This would possibly have improved the atmosphere. And lowered staff's frustration and improved customer experience. The meal was lovely though. No issues with the food. TrevH.

   I ordered 2 trilogy boxes. They came with lots of missing items and so cold. I rang and they said they would send the order again. Waiting almost an hour....nothing. we rang again eventually they came but with only one trilogy box. Honestly how hard can it be to read an order? Not the first time. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do not order from here . You will waste your hard earned money ! Uber will not help in anyway either. Absolute joke !!!

   Massive let down. The chicken pieces were more bone/ribs than meat and the meat itself was dry and tasteless. Seems like they rely on you being too drunk to care rather than supplying proper KFC. Drive a little further to Xscape and order there instead.
