   Stopped in for some lunch on way to Whitby for a weekend break. Lovely old pub with lots of character. Light lunch which was nice and filling. Highly recommend the hand cut chips, haven’t had any as good as that for a long time.

   We went here as a stop off point to have something to eat mid journey. We got there just as it opened. Staff were a bit shocked as there were a fair few of us but that didn't matter the service was fantastic food was lovely, I would highly recommend going here.

   went for a meal with my partner and was greeted by friendly staff. my girlfriend had the sunday roast which was beautifully presented and she said it tasted amazing . i had the fish and chips which also was beautifully presented and was lovely.The 2 girls that was on shift Grace and Maddie was very polite and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us they are a absolute credit to your business

   I have traveled extensively throughout the UK, and I can easily state that I had THE BEST steak and ale pie here! It was delicious and had little bits of potato in it as well. The pie crust was perfect! Highly recommended stopping here for the pies!

   Visited the Red Hart Hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday last month and just wanted to share how brilliant it was. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was remarkable. It’s nice to see a traditional pub like venue still do food. Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault it. The staff were cheery, the drinks were fizzy, the food was tasty. 10 out of 10

   Had lunch at the Red Hart today with our son and his dog Frank. The food was very good,served hot, tasty and good value. The owner (staff) was welcoming and friendly. Great place to break your journey or meet up with friends or family.

   Our lunch at The Red Hart was superb. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially for the gluten-free meal and also for drinks recommendations. I had the steak and onion baguette and the meat was cooked beautifully, the chips were like proper chip shop chips too!
