Just had a chicken bhuna with pilau rice and keema naan. All was very tasty. The chicken was juicy and fresh.
Best one for flavour. Other reviews talk about missing items. Which I have experienced but to be honest the quality and the taste outweigh this. If things are missing just tell them and they will sort it. They don't mug off with meat stips or any of those things. I've only ordered delivery. Won't go anywhere else because I've tried the others and this one is the best one.
Been using Chilli Massala for years now and to be honest last night was the last time I will be ordering from them! Sick and tired of them getting my order wrong! Well missing things off! Called them and said you have missed the Keema Nan off my order AGAIN! answer was we will add it to your next order! The same thing they told me the last time they missed it off.
Would give 0 star's if I could.. Ordered online at 7:50pm and was told delivery would be 60 mins. After 55mins waiting we got a message to say it would be approximately 15mins. 40 mins later (now 9:25pm) it still hadn't turned up, called them and they said it was 5mins away. 9:55pm still hadn't turned up, called them for a second time and this time they said it had been delivered but possibly to a wrong address.. Cancelled the order and made them refund it, now so late that we have no dinner. Seriously annoyed.
Ordered last nite 7.15pm online which stated an hour delivery, after a good hour. Called, said it had just left 8.20 Called a further 2 times and after a further 45mins our food arrived 9.05pm, I said to the driver.... ‘if this left when I was told it did it will be stone cold’, to which he laughed and said ‘no way did I leave then, there won’t be a problem.’ It was FREEZING, FREEZING COLD! To the point that I put my finger in the food n It wasn’t even warm let along hot! Chips had gone so soggy they tasted of the paper bag. I used to use Chill Masala every week, had a few awfully long deliveries and hadn’t used in a while, thought I’d give it another go and yet again awful. Just take on another driver! usually good food but terrible service and delivery times. Read your reviews!!!!
Ordered my food from here as normal. My husband went and collected the order they were bagging it up as he arrived. When he got home there was numerous items missing, the curry was cold and the chicken tasted like rubber. So I left a review on just eat. I was very honest and said the staff were friendly and that the curry was ready quickly. At 21.51 I received a phone call off a member of staff giving me verbal abuse calling me a liar and that if I wanted to settle the issue me and my husband should come up to the take away. Absolutely disgusted in how they handled the situation. I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted to make them aware. Disgusting behaviour if they had a zero star it would be that.
