“Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday meal as we were staying in an AirBnb close by. Service was top tier, the lads were very attentive. We had a cocktail each which were both top quality, although I wish they sold lassi here. Food was beautiful, it felt a lot more authentic than your typical Indian restaurant. If you don't handle spice very well then maybe ask for recommendations as it's on the hotter side, masala chips were very spicy. Different dishes to choose from, the selection was great. Very much enjoyed it although quite pricey, came to nearly £90 for two. Would return if I was in the area”
“4 of us went for the 1st time here even though we've live round the corner! The service was great such nice servers The meals very enjoyable in fact we said best in town! We will definitely be going back. The seating excellent as not on top of the ithe diners Loved the fountain in the middle.”

“A pretty good Indian takeaway on the back of The Yard pub. You can order for pick up or delivery, or for a special bonus you can order for delivery into the pub itself where they will bring the food on nice plates and with cutlery. Quick service and the food is amongst the best in the area.”

“Excellent evening after visiting a nearby attraction and staying in Tamworth. Well presented business, clean and tidy. Muhammed served us for the duration and was excellent from start to finish including going the extra mile for our young children. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Would recommend and visit again if we come to Tamworth.”

“My family made a very picky and large order on a Sunday evening including vegan, vegetarian and meat curries. Not only was the whole order correct but it is by far the best Indian takeout in the area. The food was absolutely delicious and it was topped off by wonderful service. When ready, all the food was brought to my car for me and placed securely for me to get it home. Couldn’t recommend enough!”

“Called in whilst in the are on business, there was four of us in our group and we all rated the food highly. The portion sizes are great and very flavorful. The keema and cheese naan was one of the nicest I've had whilst travelling around. Owner was friendly and the meal was reasonably priced. Would be very happy to return when I'm next in the area”
“Never eaten from here before, but I think I’ve got a new favourite! The Masala Boyz has Amazing quality food. Not greasy or packed out with veg to make it look full. All freshly cooked and really generous portions of meat. Came on time, really quickly. Would 100% recommend”

I can tell you one thing for sure the food was delicious all cooked fresh while we waited the flavour of the jalfrezi was amazing the korma was delicious naans were full of flavour and chips that were fresh and we were given some popadoms and dips. Fridays are going to be a lot different from today!!!”
“We had a great experience at The Winning Post & Paragon's Curry and Grill. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service we received from Si, who really went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food was excellent and served quickly. Thanks again!”
“Even better than India Garden. The speed of the food was unbelievably quick. Starters arrived before we finished our poppadoms and the meals were here 10 minutes later. Friendly and attentive staff. Quick telephone reservation service, homely environment and massive selection of food. I regularly come here and this was certainly not my final visit. Fantastic value for money as well. Bravo guys, keep up the good work. Recommendations: Perhaps a Sunday discount to attract more customers.”
“The Former John Lewis Tamworth: A Retail Elysium Six Stars (A Monument to Taste and Partnership) Before the era of rapid fulfillment and joyless, beige boxes, there stood a retail institution in Tamworth that transcended mere shopping: the Former John Lewis Store. Now, in its regrettably repurposed state (whatever that may be), it remains a ghost of true consumer nobility—a building that whispers tales of thread counts, tasteful kitchenware, and the sacred principles of staff partnership. The Architecture of Aspiration The exterior, often a masterful combination of dependable cladding and generous fenestration, did not scream "SALE!" It offered a silent, knowing nod of quality. This structure was designed to hold not just stock, but dreams—dreams of owning a kettle that cost slightly more than you initially budgeted, or a pillow that would dramatically improve your quality of life (and yet, somehow, it always did). The very air around the building smelled subtly of quality canvas and long-term financial planning. The Sacred Customer Journey Inside, the experience was a meditative process. You didn't just buy a shirt; you invested in a relationship with a garment guaranteed to last longer than your average car lease. The layout was a complex, multi-tiered labyrinth of muted colours and solid wood, designed to gently guide you toward a purchase you truly deserved. The staff—or Partners, as they were known—were not employees, but highly trained emotional support specialists who could discuss the pros and cons of Egyptian cotton versus Pima with theological certainty. And the escalators! They moved at the exact, measured speed required for deep contemplation of your purchasing choices, offering a glorious, panoramic view of the lighting department—a shimmering, aspirational valley of brushed chrome. A Legacy Repurposed Today, as this magnificent structure stands, sadly repurposed, we must remember its heritage. It is no longer just a building; it is a museum of understated luxury. Its foundations hold the memory of countless tasteful purchases, and its ceiling tiles still echo the faint, hopeful sound of a loyalty card being swiped. It stands as a profound reminder that retail, at its peak, was not transactional; it was transformational. We salute this former temple of taste. May its new life, whatever mundane purpose it now serves, be forever blessed by the ghost of high-quality porcelain and the spirit of a generous returns policy.”
“Super tasty food. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Excellent all round. Would certainly go again.”
“Just had a chicken bhuna with pilau rice and keema naan. All was very tasty. The chicken was juicy and fresh.”
“Amazing food and outstanding service/ delivery. My partner ordered food from here today and the nann bread was missing, we didn’t phone an complain as we wasn’t 100% sure if he ordered one however he did because around 20 minutes later the door knocked again and it was the delivery driver with the missing nann bread, he was extremely apologetic as it had been placed in somebody else’s order. Service is second to none as they didn’t have to come 20 mins back to us to delivery it! Thank you soo much”
“I love ordering from here I always bring my little brother who staff are very kind too, the food is amazing always top quality”
“We have been eating here quite often over recent months. On each occasion the service has been superb, the food absolutely delicious and the drinks reasonably priced. The Chutney Tray is the best we've had anywhere! A special mention to Khaled and Ahad who looked after us last night - thank you guys, we will be back!”
