If Desmond's was set in a jazzy-looking café in Chesterfield, it wouldn't be far from Filippelli's. Great service, great food, everyone knows each other. Everyone's happy.
First time visit, the breakfast was good and in generous portion. Tea for breakfast can be refilled.

The staff here have always greeted us with a warm smile. The range of food here is great. Tasty breakfast to filling lunches and sweet treats available. Recommend booking if you deffo want to go here as it gets full quickly as they have a large base of regular customers. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Popped in for a brew. Left feeling full. Atmosphere very welcoming. Couldn't do enough for us. Went in again before heading home. Definitely be going back but this time with the husband!
Had breakfast on Christmas Eve. Made a booking via Facebook...venue was more than happy to respond All staff were very attentive, always asking if we were ok and if more water for tea was needed etc. The offer of festive treats after our meal was always very much appreciated...even if too full to even consider!! Opted for the £9.99 standard breakfast with refill of tea or coffee - fantastic value. Very well presented, warm and very tasty - the offer to swap any of the items was also very much appreciated. Good quality sausage used and hash browns were great - would have liked scrambled eggs but I'm sure I would have been able to have this if I would have asked. Good atmosphere all customers seemed to be enjoying themselves and the hospitality offered. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much Filippellis
Had brunch with the family. Really good value, great service, tasty food and all staff have a great manner and sense of humour. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended
Cosy and friendly atmosphere, owner is lovely! Had a really good time and enjoyed our food :) The home-made garlic peppers were amazing, highly recommend trying if you're in the area!
