2 hours after ordering there was no sign of the food my partner rang up they said driver on the way. 30 minutes went by I rang up. To be shouted at on the phone. And to say the driver couldn’t find the house, and couldn’t get hold of my partner for directions. We had 0 phone calls from them. I told them I don’t want the food now after 2.5 hours after ordering and still no food to be shouted at again by two of the staff members over the phone. You need to work in your customer service. And time management. Can I say we are just 10 minutes away and maps find our house perfectly fine.

A 40-minute wait on a Tuesday night wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, my curry sauce and drink were missing from the order, though I understand mistakes can happen. The food itself was about a 4/10 — likely would have been better with the curry sauce, as it was quite dry. The total came to £26 for chicken chow mein, rice, salt and pepper chips, and prawn crackers. Considering prawn crackers used to be complimentary, paying an extra £2 for them felt like a bullet through the chest. Quality just wasn’t good for the price I should’ve gone maccies

(Takeaway review) When it’s good it’s good but sometimes hit and miss. Expensive

Ordered £50 worth of food for the family. Chicken over done that pieces & shredded ( they was as hard as a rock) Chips was dry ( like they have been reheated) Phoned up for the lady to not even listen to a word & offer us more food ( which obviously we don’t want) had every excuse to say ‘ new oil for chips) customers like there chicken as hard as a rock! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

The food that they delivered, literally went in the toilet. Seriously, I wouldn't feed that to my dogs. Literally, not fit for them. I felt ashamed to put it down the toilet, in case it insulted the toilet.

Food was good, really quick delivery. Prawn toast has a nice thick prawn layer. I was disappointed that prawn crackers weren't included considering how much we spent.

We really enjoyed the food at this restaurant starters, mains and drinks were great, food nice and hot and very tasty. The trouble was apparent when we walked in, no one else in the restaurant, throughout the meal, no body came in, the focus was on takeaway. My point, I will not be going back again soon the price to sit in was around 50 % more than a takeaway. Whilst we don't mind paying extra to sit down and to be served, £ 86 pound for a takeaway and £144 to sit in. 4 adults, starters, mains, rice n chips and drinks. Not sure if they borrowed the menu from London. Great food, far to expensive to sit in, the place could be and should be packed out. Reduce your costs in line with your takeaway and you will pack out your restaurant I'm sure. Also, takeaway gives you offers, nothing for sitting in.

Best Chinese in Wigan, have been going for 15 years, takeaway or sit down restaurant, friendly staff and amazing food, great value for money and ideal for a Sunday afternoon drink and dinner. Wont be disappointed.
