My first review on Google and hopefully my last. For my partner’s graduation, we had booked a table the week previous post her ceremony. The day before our reservation we rang to double check everything was okay as well as adjusting some details. We were assured everything was okay. Both phone calls were with the owner of this “restaurant” who, during our first phone call, completely forgot to even ask for a time for the booking. On arrival at 7:30, we were told no such booking existed. Unbelievable. We were also told the business closed at 9pm. Not the 10pm as shown on their website and Google. After a half hour of the owner trying to fix the problem they themselves made, a half hour that included staff swearing at us, throwing phones and even plates around the restaurant, we called it quits. Childlike behaviour that is completely unacceptable. Unbelievable experience, truly. I’ve never experienced anything like it and I hope I never do again. Maybe the food is nice, I will never find out.

Really top quality restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing, would highly recommend, very well priced for what you get. 30 pound a head is well worth the money. This place is split into 2, one closed off restaurant area and another bar with live music, we really enjoyed it, we took two young boys with us who were well looked after. The bar area is more of a cocktail bar which again was well priced. Be weary of getting the cocktail pitchers though, seemed very lacking on the alcohol.

Delicious food, great salad bar. Friendly and polite staff. Good prices in comparison with quality of good. Nice atmosphere. Only con is that they often are missing some of alcohols for drinks.

What can I say. Absolutely loved it. Never been before. As we sat at our table the waitress asked had we been before. She them explained we go to the salad bar first, which we could visit as many times as we liked, then the meat selection would be brought to our table. The choice of salad was extensive and extremely tasty. There was also a hot selection of rice, chips, potatoes, onion rings and mushrooms in sauce. We sat back down and immediately the waiter brought to the table so many choices of meats. Chicken, beef, pork, steak, which he asked how we liked it cooked. Five star service. Amazing food. Loads of choice. Will definitely return.

Food was okay...wasn't much choice of meats that they bring around, and the scraps they cut for you are really small - the buffet wasn't great, can tell most of it is shop bought salad fillers and wasn't much choice. Waited a while for our drinks, my cocktails were too strong and my boyfriends beers were completely flat, filled right to the top with no head whatsoever - not sure who let that leave the bar. Service was okay, because it's help yourself and then wait for the meat to come around, didn't come around that often, was sat waiting a lot of the time. There were 2 men in the dining room at the same time who were shouting and swearing and generally being loud and disruptive but nothing was said to them even though there were children in the restaurant. The whole place was freezing cold too, and I kept my large coat on the whole time and I was still cold. The place is a nice idea, but not executed very well and it's super expensive for what it is! Was £74 for 2 people and we just had the buffet, 1 cocktail and 2 flat beers.

When we arrived we were asked if we could wait in the bar area whilst they finished cooking the food? Very strange as our table was booked for 7:30pm. We sat in the bar area to wait, it was freezing cold in there and I thought the restaurant might be warmer, it wasn’t. When we were shown to our table, the seats were that dirty, I told my partner I wouldn’t sit on them so we moved to a different table. The waitress didn’t explain to us about how it works with hot sides, salads etc. We were just sat there wondering when we would be served. Eventually we asked the waitress and she said “yes salad bar is over there”. Tiniest portions had been put out, the most basic hot sides and salad in a Rodizio. Salad wasn’t fresh so I steered clear. When the meat eventually came out, it was clearly reheated. It was as dry as anything, the worst Rodizio I have EVER visited. Chewy, dry, tasteless meat. I was freezing cold the whole time we were in there. I have made several attempts to speak with management to complain but received no response. Despite asking on the night, over email, over Facebook messenger. A horrible experience, I would never return and would never recommend anyone to visit this place! AVOID and save your money. Better off going to a fast food takeaway than here.
