   I visited this restaurant with my husband to celebrate my anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The food was absolutely delicious — packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. There’s a great variety of dishes, so it’s easy to find something you’ll love. The drink menu was equally impressive, offering plenty of refreshing options to pair beautifully with the meal. What truly made the evening special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank-you to Abhinu, Harshit, Vincy, and Clayton for going above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.

   My wife and I had a wonderful meal at the Cast Iron Bar & Grill at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow. I had the ribeye steak and my wife chose the fish and chips—both dishes were cooked to absolute perfection. The draft beer was fresh, the Prosecco crisp and perfectly chilled, and the whole atmosphere made for a really enjoyable evening. A special mention to our waiter, Vincy, whose service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the meal. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning in June next year when we stay again. Highly recommended!

   I’ve stayed in lots of hotels over the years and in turn eaten in loads of hotel restaurants. Most are at best generic but not Cast Iron. Cast Iron was quite simply a revelation. A clean, well presented, comfortable dining room with excellent tasty food from a fairly wide ranging menu. The star of this show though is the service, which is simply exceptional. Friendly and attentive but not over familiar or annoying. Which enhances the whole dining experience greatly. The poor level of service offered in most establishments these days is NOT what I received here and in my opinion this restaurant is worth a visit because of it.

   One of the worst foods I have ever eaten in my life, the skewers were dry and absolutely flavorless, the lettuce looked wilted and the yogurt dressing was so gross, and the sticky toffe pudding was average... the staff was very nice though...

   Decent continental buffet is served in the morning for hotel guests. The selection of breakfast was limited, but hot, fresh and decent. Recommended for a short stay.

   Cast Iron Bar & Grill, located at Sheraton hotel Heathrow Terminal 5 was only place available for dinner around the area except for McDonald's. We had Cast and Iron burger, premium sirloin steak, rib eye steak and squid with chorizo. Steaks were alright, but the burger definitely needs to be improved. Overall it's neither great neither bad. Way overpriced for what you get.

   Although there was a little hiccough regarding the order in which our starters and mains were served, overall it was a delicious dinner with warm, friendly service. Almaas, our waitress was delightful. The restaurant clearly has a captive market given it is situated within a hotel but the quality is good enough to warrant a visit on its own merit.
