   I ordered food for collection. On arrival home The chicken balls were over cooked and rock hard like cardboard and the egg fried rice was all stuck together. I called to see what can be done and the answer was no refund and they will pass the information to the chef. I wanted a refund but they said NO. They are happy to lose a customer which shows how poor a service this take away is. I will not be ordering again from this Take away. Stay away

   NO OPTION FOR 1/2 a STAR OR LESS!!!!! Absolutely disgusting food.How they have food hygiene rating of a 5 I have no idea. PANCAKE ROLLS……taste funny/gone off SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN BALLS….slither of chicken loads of batter which is really greasy and some burnt RIBS most of them barely any meat and the meat that is on them is tough apart from 1 maybe 2! CHICKEN CHOW MEIN tasted ok but Dry and just a few shreds of chicken. PORK DUMPLINGS must have been microwaved as boiling hot and tasted rank.

   Pan cake roll tasted like a musky old tent that been in the shed for 20 years the pork inside of it smelt rancid. Egg fried rice well was just stodgey dry and no egg at all. I would give it minus 5 if review gave me that choice.

   The special fried rice was HARDLY special at all. Why is it plain rice with shreds of meat scattered around pls? Where is the egg? Where is the peas? Where is the spring onion? Where is the soy sauce? The special chow mein, why is it soggy and over cooked? Why are you charging this much for food I could’ve prepared at home? Please do answer I’m very intrigued, because as I placed the ‘special’ fried rice, and ‘special’ chow mein into my mouth, I started to question life’s decisions. The 2 stars is for the seaweed and the salt and chilli squid. Besides that, your main attractions (rice + noodles) are subpar.

   This is the first time that we've tried this food outlet and we were very pleased with it, especially as it is a small, local shop, which has no similar cuisine as competition. The food was delicious and well flavoured. The portions were generous and it was all very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

   My chicken chow main & egg fry rise wasn’t something special. the look of it was like it was left overs from last night Probably was. was mushy and rise had fresh rice & old rise put together put me off eating it. Taste was ok but it didn’t look fresh. I’ve had better.
