   Food was 2⭐️ because it was so mid, the pizzas came out cold, there was hair on one of the slices which is gross and I’ve had pizzas from Lidl which were better. BUT the carbonara was really nice - deffos just frozen food so not worth the price AT ALL which is why I really wouldn’t wanna come back again but the staff were so lovely. The male servers were so nice and friendly and welcoming. Place overall seems quite messy like the kitchen seems messy and the toilets were grim.

   Came for lunch to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday. What a lovely atmosphere so chilled and relaxed in beautiful surroundings. We opted for the Christmas set menu which was absolutely amazing. The overall experience was amazing. Even when choosing desert I joked with our waiter,Rarm, that I wanted a candle in my friends desert for her birthday and for him to sing happy birthday. To our delight he came with a special desert and sang to her. He was an absolute delight! So were the other staff. Thank you all for making my friends birthday so special.

   The Festive Menu here is an absolute winner! Beyond the delicious food, the service made the experience truly special. A big shout-out to Valery who was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to suggest a mocktail that paired perfectly with my meal choice. Highly, highly recommend a visit if you are looking for fantastic, food and personalized, exceptional service.

   Went for dinner yesterday and service was really good. Food came out quick, hot and fresh and the portion sizes were nice and decent for the price. We were served by a young man with a beard and black hair, Rahman (I think) and the manager on shift, props to them! Only downside is the drinks did take quite long to come out but other than that great experience overall.

   We celebrated our anniversary at Zizzi's this afternoon and were absolutely delighted by the service we received from Raluca. She was the epitome of attentiveness, kindness, and hospitality. We're already loyal fans of the Zizzi's brand, but Raluca's exceptional care truly stood out and made our special occasion feel even more memorable. We felt genuinely attended to throughout our entire meal.

   As described by a few other recent reviewers the service was really poor. Glum looking staff didn't check on our table, or take orders for starters, mains, or desserts until we called them over - which was bizarre considering the place wasn't nearly full. After one of our party had desserts we were slapped the bill immediately before we'd even asked for it - despite wanting to order further drinks. We essentially felt unwelcome. The food was otherwise pretty good, although don't expect the presentation to be anything like the pictures on the menu! Take a look at the pictures of my lasagne compared to the menu.

   Nice atmosphere in this restaurant, nice decor. Quick service by staff. We were unable to order via the QR code/app as it didn’t recognise the table number. But staff were quick to take our order and check in on us. There is no salt & pepper on the table but it is brought if requested. The fondue pot starter came with a bread that was a little stodgy but the cheese was absolutely delicious. We had a pizza which was fantastic (the base is so nice and moreish). The chips and broccoli on the chicken dish were excellent but the chicken breast didn’t taste like the best quality. The calamari was nice and crunchy but the batter didn’t have much flavour. Only small niggling issues that don’t detract from the experience. Overall we had a very enjoyable evening with some good food!

   The staff were absolutely incredibly - only 2 of them covering the whole restaurant, but we still felt very well looked after. The food was great too - we chose from the 3 course menu and it didn't disappoint! Wolfed down the mains, but here are the drinks, starters and dessert...

   Nice and tasty food that was reasonably priced. Vegan options are available with dessert choices too. The waiter was super friendly and really helpful to us and the family who were sat next to us. Excellent from start to finish. It's a shame that I didn't get his name.
