Lovely people who took my order over the phone and delivered it on time. It was a large order and all the items were nice and hot. Food was delicious.
Was introduced to this establishment by friend. My second delivery from them. Great order taking from Sophia and delivery wasn’t that long at all. The delivery driver was clean and polite. The food was so nice, that every mouthful was tasty. One of the best deliveries I have ever had. Good work Zen.
I turned up 10 minutes before they shut. They were closing up already as there was no customer on a Sunday evening. I was in the area looking to get a takeaway about 9.45am. On the Google listing, they have high ratings (over 4 stars). Hence, I wanted to give a try. The counter guy was about to leave. I said I wanted to get a takeaway. The guy got back inside and turned some lights on. Kudos to him to accommodate me at the last minute. He even gave me a glass of tea whilst I was waiting for my order. When it came to pay, he realised I was from the Far East. We started chatting in Chinese. We had a very good conversation and I learnt fair a bit how they struggled to run a restaurant. The prices of my Singapore vermicelli, spring rolls and wonton soup weren't cheap as it was a restaurant. Normally, a standalone takeaway would be a bit cheaper. However, the food was tasty with no MSG. I wouldn't mind spending a bit more next time I pass by.
This is the best Chinese I've had. The food is flavourful and delicious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is 100% value for money. It's not cheap but definitely worth it. Would highly recommend, Everytime.
We went for Sunday lunch buffet. The restaurant was quieter than I thought it would be but the service was friendly & helpful & the food plentiful & tasty. I would go again & maybe in the evening.
Enjoyed another top class tribute evening at Zen Garden last night. This time it was Tom Jones and at £35 a head it offered excellent value. The food was excellent as always and the staff efficient and courteous. We all had a fantastic time.

Best Chinese I've ever had...gorgeous restaurant,food was 5 star...exceptional value for money...we has the set menu for 2.....could have easily fed 3 or 4. The staff in the Zen are just so friendly and accommodating...will definitely be going there again.
The best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to! I’ve been coming here for years with my family and we absolutely love it. The staff are beyond lovely; they are so friendly and accommodating, truly superb customer service. The food is outstanding; there is a massive variety to choose from, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I recommend the Beef with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce, or the Chicken with Mushrooms, and for dessert the Toffee Banana is excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope to continue coming here for many years to come!
