   Used to be good. Last few times we been there. Food really plastic. They dont even clear the tabel u av to ask few times or u end up doing it ourself. Food small portions for prices and microwaved. Used to be regular customer for for unlimited breakfast with family but that went bad too. Management is not good so start going somewhere else for breakfast. Last dinner there 5 of us had meals but couldn't even chew the steak that's how horrible it was .it's nice place with parking if the food standard comes bak out cause not going there again

   Nicky served us tonight and wow, what an amazing asset to the company, she went above and beyond with all of our requests. Not a hesitation, our meals came out hot and fresh because she made sure the chef was in order and performing at his peak! We shall return when we know Nicky is on shift

   We used to like this pub and it was really convenient living locally, they had a nice Manager called Paul who always tried to give great service. However, went in the Summer and it was absolutely awful, we were told Paul had left and the man in a shirt (not sure if he was the new Manager) had no customer service skills. The food was awful, my Daughter ordered what was supposed to be a chicken kebab but looked like thin strips of bacon. I thought we’d received the wrong meal so I took it the man in the shirt who said this is what chicken kebabs look like in Greece (not whenever I’ve been!). I explained my Daughter couldn’t eat it and he said I should buy her another meal. I declined to spend any more money on bad food and awful service so we quickly finished and left, we’d originally planned to stay a lot longer but the atmosphere was so tense in there. As my Daughter had only eaten chips we went to the nearby Derby Lodge so she could have a snack and we all had lovely desserts there. We’ve since ate at the Derby Lodge a few times and it is much better food and service. It is a shame though as The Stanley pub used to be nice.

   This is our favourite go to place, we have our staff meetings here over lunch. The outdoor area is beautiful in the summer and enables us to bring the dogs along, the food is lovely, they even cater for specific diets including vegan and gluten free as one of team is usually unable to eat with us due to this but she loves the variety of options here - and we love the price! The atmosphere is great, the staff are so warm and friendly and due to our regular visits the owner has even adopted from our rescue. Free and easy parking. We have had breakfast brunch lunch and dinner

   Normally ok in here, however tonight I was disgusted by the establishment, I sat down on a chair and it had actual poo on it, when I told the staff and asked them to move the chair and clean it, she moved it 1 foot away and never returned. So we then had to sit with our food next to a chair with poo on it.

   Came in Saturday to watch the football had our dinner and stayed for the entertainment. Whilst the football result was a bit disappointing the visit was not. We had wings halloumi Fries and chicken as our starters all lovely and the steaks were cooked to perfection and the staff were lovely there was a man and woman serving our food both were lovely and checked in to make sure we were all happy with our food couldn't of been more helpful. We originally went to the bar when we went in to order our drinks and starters but were told we could use an app from our table to order so we didn't miss any of the match so did so for our meals. Lovely atmosphere will definitely be coming back again soon!

   Firstly the we ordered drinks we ordered a red wine and the young girl poured a white wine....it took another member of staff to rectify this. There was 3 of us and I got the mixed grill and asked for my steak to be blue but it was well done and that's not how I like my steak(it was the same young girl who took the drinks order that took the food order not impressed with her if im honest). The other 2 had the loaded surf and turf they was happy with their steaks and with the alternative of scampi as there was no prawns. I would of told someone about my steak only no one came to ask was everything ok not even when the plates were collected the lady didn't ask was the food ok.
