The staff were all very good especially Hope who was happy to help even though she was not our server. The food was good but could have been hotter, the atmosphere was very good. We were there for out Christmas dinner

We recently attended a breakfast event with Santa, which we had been looking forward to. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations in several respects. The breakfast service was notably slow. After placing our order, we waited for over 30 minutes before the food arrived. When it did, the quality of the meal was disappointing. It was also apparent that there were not enough staff present to manage the service efficiently, which contributed to the delays and overall dissatisfaction. The visit to see Santa was satisfactory, though not outstanding. Santa himself was delightful and interacted warmly with the children, which was appreciated. However, the environment was far from ideal. The group waiting behind us to see Santa were extremely noisy, which disrupted the experience for our family. The situation could have been improved with better coordination from the staff, such as asking those waiting to remain outside the Santa area until it was their turn. Due to these issues, we do not plan to return to the event in the future and would not recommend it to others.

We had a great experience at Harvester Northolt! Our server, Hope, was absolutely lovely – friendly, polite, and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing – fresh, tasty, and served just how we like it. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again. Thanks, Hope, for the great service!

The food is not good. They look appetizing but nothing is very flavorful. The best things we had were the chicken fries and the brownie with ice cream. Nobody finished because it simply tasted bad. The service was okay. We waited so long for someone to be with us, we simply seated ourselves and had to go and get staff after along while and the place was not packed at the time. The staff we did encounter were fairly okay. The atmosphere is very nice however.

One of the only good things about this place is the food – hence the two stars. I was initially going to give just one star due to the terrible service. Our experience was ruined by the greeter and waiter (I didn’t catch her name, but the receipt had the name Lauren). From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable. The service was poor, and at one point we even considered leaving. We noticed another family sit down, wait for over 15 minutes without being served, and then leave. This used to be our local Harvester and a place we loved for breakfast, so today’s experience was really disappointing. To make matters worse, when we received our bill, we noticed we were overcharged by Β£10. We asked a different waiter for help – she was polite and said she’d look into it. She came back and explained that they would refund the incorrect amount and recharge us the correct total, which we appreciated. However, when the original waiter (who had seated us) brought the updated bill, she offered no apology or even an acknowledgment of the mistake – just a very rude attitude. I truly hope the manager takes this seriously and ensures the staff receive proper customer service training.

I've been a regular patron of this branch of Harvester for many years and have seen a gradual decline in the quality of food and general hospitality in recent times whilst at the same time the price of dining out has shot up considerably. The price increases I can understand with the cost of ingredients, gas etc all rapidly increasing but today I faced the worst experience in my many times here. We were walk-ins (didn't reserve a table) so I expected to wait (which we patiently did for 25 mins) but what I didn't approve of was waiting a further 25 minutes once we were seated before someone came to take our order. Once the order was taken it was almost half an hour before the food arrived and whilst mine and my daughters food was fine, my partners was overcooked with the surface of the camembert tart all black and inedible. There was a father Christmas here today near the entrance which all children could see as you waited for a table but he was only seeing children who had booked for a breakfast deal leaving my child and others alike in tears as they couldn't even say hello to him even though they were paying patrons of the establishment. If they didn't want children to be disappointed with the poor customer relations/service they should have positioned their makeshift grotto away from the entrance. I will continue to eat at Harvester but sadly I will travel a little further to their branch on Boston Manor Road or wait patiently for the refurbishment of their restaurant to be completed. If you are desperate, or want to sit in the warm for hours on end while you wait for a table or your food go here, otherwise think carefully about other options available to you.

Dined in for a family dinner. Received great service for our large group. Starters (choices and taste) are very lackluster and could do with refreshing. Grilled veg sauce and garlic bread was strange to say the least, the refillable drinks (which most of the group bought) was no good, whichever drink option chosen out of the variety so I and few other opted for bottled drinks from the bar. The main: Fish and Chips, was perfect and everyone that ordered it said the same The dessert: I asked for an awkward request to swap out dairy ice cream for dairy free with a waffle and was divine, fluffy waffle with the perfect amount of chocolate and ice cream

Presentation of the food was amazing. Unfortunately the food was not tasty and the freshness was not there. Looks like the food was under the warmer for a while. The lady serving us was superb but we could she was rushed off her feet on a busy Sunday evening.

Please don’t waste your money. Staff were Sort of helpful AND APOLOGISED! Never going back!
