   We collected our order. There was a slight delay and Staff apologised. The order was missing sweet potato fries (which you do pay extra for) but got house fries instead. The Milkshakes were lovely. The other items we ordered were nice. I was very dissapointed by my Festive Beefburger. It was just a plain burger patty and a bun with none of the seasonal sauces or toppings. The advertised photo and description did not match what I recieved. I posted this on New Years Eve and Customer Services commented. I contacted them with the reference number and I have heard nothing. Dissapointing.

   Overpriced, music to loud and extremely slow service. My “salad” was just a handful of red cabbage and my handful of chips were cold. My chicken was warm ish and the mozzarella dippers didn’t have much mozzarella inside and were also slightly over cooked. Won’t be eating her again for the price they charge!

   Everything was just perfect specially the staff !! They were really helpful in guiding us through the menu and helping us in select best suited dish,, they have vast menu and needs to visit more than once ( as iam visiting this restaurant for the first time) 5 star for the vegan burger and Fridays grilled chicken burger !!

   The food in Fridays is amazing absolutely no complaints there at all, however my boyfriend ordered a chocolate milkshake (he normally has a lager but he was driving) The milkshake had merely a trace of chocolate in it (I don't like chocolate and I could only detect a trace) it was also so thin/watery it was like a glass of skimmed milk. Upon complaining to our server Gemma M she apologised and replaced it only for that one to be exactly the same, he was really so appalled he had to settle for a glass of coke (You can see by the photo how happy he was when it arrived - that lasted as long as it took to take his first and only sip) The restaurant is immaculate, no problem there. I think if it wasn't for our server Gemma M who was absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and understanding he would of simply walked out. We had to stop at McDonald's on the way home for a milkshake that actually contained chocolate and was thicker than skimmed milk. So disappointed that Fridays (which is not cheap) Actually let the side down by something as simple as not getting a milkshake right. Take a lesson from McDonalds at the very least please TGI'S. For the poorest milkshake ever I have only rated 3 stars. Very disappointed

   Nice restaurant with a clean and crisp feel. American themed in both accessories and food. Large enough range of food and drinks will keep visitors happy. Staff are nice and friendly. Waiting times for food can vary.

   Booked a table for 7pm, arrived at 6:50pm and was told table would be 10 minutes which we didn’t mind as we were early anyway. We weren’t seated until 7:30pm and had to wait a further 15 minutes before a drinks order was even taken. All of food didn’t arrive until 8:20pm, we had cinema tickets booked for 8:30pm so felt really rushed and that we couldn’t enjoy our meals. We never mind a bit of slow service as it looked to have been busy earlier but we feel we should have been told about these wait times on arrival so we could make the decision to stay or not as we wouldn’t have if we knew it would take almost an hour and a half to get our meals. Staff were lovely and the food was great once it arrived but the two meals arrived separately so we couldn’t even enjoy our food at the same time, we were a table of 2. No compensation offered by staff for this.

1. Neverfire (Neverfire) ★★☆☆☆

   If you are in a rush don't come here unless you have the patience of a Buddhist monk. In fairness it did build up the appetite nicely. When questioning if the food had been forgotten about (1 hour after ordering) the bemused waitress was slightly shocked implying they had other tables to cook for. You'd think they would be used to sometimes cooking for multiple tables at once, clearly I shouldn't have assumed this. When the food arrived by 5 staff in what could only be described as a Congo line it wasn't bad. Sure the salad was drier than the Sahara dessert (aka 0 sauce on it) but it did have red chilli's in it. Rather novel and still goes down as the worst salad I've ever had. The burger was good, credit where credit is due. I will be honest, as this whole review has been, I was very excited to finally get a small win by asking the waitress (who perked up the final 2 minutes, clearly wanting the tip), to take off the service charge. However it was another of life's disappointments when there was a voluntary service charge... TGI couldn't let me have a small win. Endless coke zero was a nice touch. Enough to make we go back? I think not

   Slow service, unhygienic and poor food standard. On arrival staff where unsure of where to sit us, even though half of the resturant was empty. Once seated order was taken and my drink was brought over while my partner waited another 5mins. Booth we where sat in had the remains of the last diner, clealy no hygiene standards. Mains and sides arrived after 30 mins in drips an drabs. Undercooked pasta with charcoal chicken. Wont be returning.

   Went for my sons 10th birthday...we preferred a quieter seating as my son has autism . The staff were very accommodating and performed will in the birthday wishes . All food was great but I have to say I was dissapoknted with the ribs ...dry and tough and did not pull away from bone as easy as in othere resteraunts I frequent . But still all in all a good night
