Located in Preston Road, you can take advantage of economical prices, unlike Italian restaurants based in the center of London, which can be very pricey. You can get a pasta with a full lobster for just Β£29. It also has a peaceful atmosphere due to its location, but itβs nonetheless the most popular Italian restaurant in the area. The locally employed staff is also very generous and kind. Places like these make you feel like not going to the center of London for fine Italian cuisine. However, I must concur that the staff can be a little bit unfriendly sometimes as waiters are normally circulating often. I have received an unwelcome aura normally from women who are in charge of running this restaurant.

WOWSA! A lovely Italian restaurant serving the most authentic and delicious food. A hidden gem if you asked me. A must visit if youβre in the area. The food was cooked to perfection, with love and attention. Thank you Gusto

Gusto Italian is a really tastefully furnished restaurant, with beautifully decorated walls that create a great atmosphere. The service was absolutely impeccable throughout. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and everything felt of a high standard. A nice touch was when my server even offered to cool my beer glass down by swirling some ice in it before I poured, which I thought was a brilliant detail. The food was delicious. The green olives were well seasoned, and both the garlic bread and bolognese were excellent. The garlic & olive oil prawn pasta was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. Another thoughtful gesture came at the end when one of the waiters carefully packaged our leftovers in the kitchen so we didnβt have to do it ourselves at the table. Considering the quality of the food, the service, and the setting, everything was also very reasonably priced. I canβt recommend Gusto Italian enough!

Arancini was okay, but overpowered by the tomato sauce. Linguine was very salty, and the accompanying lobster wasn't served with a lobster fork or wipes. For the food quality, the price is reasonable, but the service left a fair bit to be desired - it took far too long to bring the bill for a table of 3. Decor was nice and the atmosphere was chill, but I wouldn't describe this venue as authentically Italian.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here for delivery and requested rocket on side and started eating my food and I didnβt know this was mouldy underneath and ended up with food poisoning and ended up A&E! They had to give me fluids. See pictures. The staff are rude, disrespectful and nasty too. Wasnβt a great experience for me. Check your food before eating from here. Oh you the staff need to control their attitude and swearing. Disgusting and disrespectful. Iβm not happy about this. No apology will make up for this. Donβt recommend

Amazing food with so much choices. I believe this is a family run business, all stuff where really friendly and welcoming. I decided to have the Sea bass with prawns. Food was so good that I had to order another plate of prawns. Definitely is worth going to with your family as the atmosphere is family friendly. Didn't have time to eat anything else but will be back again to try something else Brilliant food, service atmosphere.

Restaurant has a nice interior and a nice ambient atmosphere. The menu has a variety of food and some good options for vegetarians. The food tasted fresh and the pasta was cooked perfectly with plenty of flavour. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was a little busy when I visited but the service was still very good. I would advise booking before attending and this can be easily done online. I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Food was good and also have good ambiance. But the only issue we had was that our starter and main came at the same time and we had to rush to finish our starter before our mains get cold. Also lasagna was bit soggy for me. But had good flavour.

We spent 25 each for 3 courses and 1 glass of alcohol. I thought it was good value, and the portion size was larger than I expected. The vegetarian food is good. I wish there were more pasta varieties and different types of pasta. We orderedbthe garlic cheese bread, and I had the penne aribiatta. I had asked for peppers to be added but it got lost in translation and instead I got extra chilli. I had the gusto special for dessert. If you go you must try it.
