The young blonde girl on the bar was extremely rude to us today. We are new to the neighbourhood so thought to come by for a drink. Our neighbours said it was a nice place for food but we won't be going back to see if it is. Maybe she was unhappy to be working on Christmas Eve. Get an office job where only your co-workers will see your scowl.

Great location to anfield. Good atmosphere- not too manic. Good lot of supporters. Food looked good although we didn’t eat. Drinks are a fair price considering the proximity to a major stadium. We parked all day for £10, was carnage getting out after as they double park you. But still worth it. Good outdoor seating area. Enjoyed our time here. Enjoyed a lovely martini

We have just had a wake in the function room, and I highly recommend it. The room was spotless, great facilities and staff were professional and attentive. Food was lovely and generous portions. It was so nice to have everything taken care of on such a sad day, but it was such a professionally run service that it went very smoothly.

Alcohol way to expensive £5 pint of foster £4.20 for a pint of bitter shandy ordered two prawn cocktails lovely to look at but both had a puddle of water in the bowl not good won’t be going there again they act like it’s a fancy bar in town but it’s just a pub nothing special and need to clean the tables very sticky

Although this is a great pub for the locals or those popping in for a pint or two, my friends and I did not enjoy our experience here. We found the staff to be quite abrupt and unhelpful and the food was very much average. Although I must praise them on the fact that their service was quick.

Food was great, came out quick considering there was a table of 10, good atmosphere. Food was lovely I expected standard pub food it was really nice, homemade chips, all really fresh. Will be going back!

Had previously been in for a pre-match pint, but went along with family for lunch this time. Food was decent, lots of steak on the steak sandwich! Staff friendly, especially the manager who assisted me in bringing my grandmother in in her wheelchair, and making sure we were at a table that was OK for her. Service was pretty quick too. Only negative was the amount of litter at the front of the pub is a little off-putting and doesn't reflect the pub once you get inside, but understand a lot of that is outside the pubs control!

Excellent service and food as usual. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. The management and staff go out of their way to offer you the best they have.
