   Terrible! Ordered last weekend, food was two hours late. I phoned after waiting 90 minutes and asked to cancel the order. Told it was on its way, so we waited. Still didn't arrive, 110 minutes I called again to cancel and they said it will be 10 minutes, we live 10 minutes away so the order had clearly not left. I asked for a full refund, but was told to accept the food because it was on its way. The delivery driver arrived without the pizza we ordered and had paid for and told us we can have a full refund, but to take the other food because it will go to waste otherwise. I said I didn't want the food, he started insisting I took it, and put me on a call to someone who issues the refunds... he literally would not take no for an answer that we did not want the food. Refund received. To add, the response from Star Kebab below is completely inaccurate. This was the only delivery I have ever requested a full refund.

   Made two orders within last few weeks- First one, paid £24 for a Niko Special- very little meat. Looked nothing like advertised. half the tray was full of salad. Gave benefit of doubt, made another order. Paid £17 for a combination kebab and chips and delivery. Took 90 mins to arrive. Food arrived cold. No pitta bread with kebab. Chips were frozen chips, not chippy chips. Bad customer service. Asked for a refund and was refused- twice. Was offered a kebab free of charge which I declined, because I won’t be eating at star again! Then received a text at 10pm asking to remove my review! Will not order again, other customers need to be aware. Food takes ages, not as advertised, is cold and you won’t get a refund, even when food you have paid for is missing! Disgusting.

   Food is good but my experience is that they rarely get your order right. Because of this we haven't ordered for a while but then decided to try it again tonight. They got 2 out of the 3 meals wrong again. Last straw for me as there are plenty of other local takeaway options. I won't be using them again.

   Ordered tonight..most of the order was wrong. No salad on anything we asked for,wrong sauce on another. Cold chips, Freezing cold aswell. Not good enough. Waste of our good hard earned money. So much for supporting local business. We look after you but you dont look after your customers!!

   First time ever orderin from here last night. We ordered two of the star deal 6, and drinks, what was delivered wasn't even close to what we ordered, one meal came, large dinner kebab and a portion of onion rings. So my Dinner was non existent

   Tried STAR KEBAB HOUSE for the first time 2nite, I will definitely be ordering again in the future. Everything was spot on. Shelley was brilliant very polite and quick delivery. The portions are mega generous, my mum loved her fish+chips, the pizza had very generous toppings. Very pleased I decided to try them out. Well chuffed.
