I had to leave a review! We love the group Kostas Giantsios and although i dont understand greek music we love there performance and voice and well behaved characters towards us. Me and 3 other people after a birthday party went to this place, at around 2ish as they are open until 4am. Ir was very quiet tables were empty only 3 or so tables had people sitting down. The waiter came up to my friend to take order and we had to leave apparently because my friend said she wanted soda drink, without even asking me what i like or anything else and because she didn’t ask for alcohol thats what was told to her, we got outside tryed to explain the situation to the security and waiter and another lady came outside and was soo rude! This is not the manner to work, it was very upsetting and ridiculous that we were treated this way, i run 2 businesses of mine and deal with customers and clients all the time, we was very shocked and surprised at what happened. My friend had her mum with us too who had turned 58 years old, made us even upset she was treated in this manner, all because my friend didn’t want to drink alcohol and only soda for herself, tables were empty and 2am we wasn’t sitting down for free. Never will we be going there again!! Shame as they lost potential customers!

Asteria is good. The genuine flavors, from delightful moussaka to baklava, craft a memorable Greek culinary experience. The cozy setting and friendly staff amplify the enjoyment. What sets it apart is the fantastic music, creating an immersive atmosphere. For an authentic Greek feast accompanied by great tunes, Asteria is a standout choice. Will be back

Horrible service!! I called on a Tuesday evening to book a table for 6 people and the staff member answering the phone was incredibly rude and she hang up while I was still talking saying they don’t have live music when that wasn’t what I asked. One thing that Greece has always been proud of is filoxenia… that seems to be nonexistent in this place! Good luck!

We had our son's christening at Asteria. Good food, fantastic and very efficient service and great atmosphere. The restaurant was very helpful with planning and setting up for the event. We had an amazing time! I highly recommend it! Thank you Lisa and team!

I had the most wonderful time at The Asteria. Dinner was excellent and very well priced. The live music and singing was really good too. The team is friendly and welcoming. It is one of these authentic and vibrant neighbourhood spots you wanna tell all your friends about. I cannot wait to visit again.

Wow. What a great night Saturday was. My party of 10 had a super time. We ordered a mix of Fish and Meat Meze. Top standard. Thank you. The service was very good and the staff very efficient. The music and dance entertainment was First Class. . Highly recommended and especially for celebrations. The management go out of their to meet any special requirements. Highly recommended. Thank you Asteria. . See you very soon for a forthcoming Birthday celebration

The food was awful. Don’t go there if you are a vegetarian. Even non veggies in our group complained. Salad was mainly onions and certainly not enough, halloumi was sparse, chips dry and the BBQ vegetables undercooked. I would certainly not recommend this place for its food. The music was good though and the waitress from Greece a real laugh and customer friendly.

Their customer service is for sure 5 stars but the food was average. We ordered 2 meat meze set menus and 1 fish/ seafood. The Kalamari was very gritty and chewy, we couldn’t eat it at all. In fact the worst Kalamari that I’ve ever had. But, grilled meat was ok. Music definitely is not everyone’s cup of tea! The singer (male) sang with a flat tone for never ending time! No dance rhythm or at least a change of theme! I think overall no value for money. NOTE: In response to the restaurant’s reply, I refer you to the picture of “Fish meze” menu (£32) that “Kalamari” is clearly there but the restaurant denied they serve it! Thus, I reduce my rating to ONE star because of the poor way of addressing customer’s concern. we were there last night Saturday 11th December, 3 people 9pm reservation, table number 7. NOTE: in response to the restaurant’s second reply: Yes when they asked us about the wine and starters we said they are ok! As you can clearly see my review is a bout the main and the music! I believe you should handle customer reviews in professional manner!
