Well run and looked after inn with the pub attached. Very good service with a friendly smile and great banter. Food is of good quality but I feel the portion sizes are a little small for me. With ref to the breakfast (I pre-booked for staying at the inn) I was very pleased with the variety and quality, ranging from continental breakfast to the full English which you are able to customise if you so wish. All in all a very nice place to stay with comfortable rooms with tea/coffee facilities and soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms.

Came back to The Gravesbury for a second visit after a great dinner a few weeks back. After having avoided the place in its previous guise for years, it is defo worth a return. Great menu choice, and all pretty comparable in price to the pubs up the road in Greasby. I got the same blue burger as last time, a filling meal with chips and garnish. Two of our party had the chicken and ham hock pie and said it was fabulous. As was the Katsu Curry. All good portions. Staff really attentive. Just needs to be busier, even on a Monday night, to make the atmosphere. We shall be back.

Popped in here after passing by. Our first visit and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. A lovely venue by green king. Ideally, you should book, but they managed to fit us in. So, first impressions were great. We were shown to our table and ordered drinks. We ordered food, and it arrived about 15 minutes later. I had an ultimate burger, which was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to perfection and probably one of the nicest burgers I've had in a while. My wife had a rainbow salad with grilled chicken. She enjoyed it that much she is planning on replicating it at home. It was packed with so much variety. It's definitely not a boring salad. Overall, the experience was fab and reasonably priced, with very attentive staff. We will most definitely be returning in the future

I’ve just ordered a latte and the signature burger, I got my with beef as you can see by the pictures, but there is 4 choices. The burger is nice, cooked well and the fries are lovely. I’m here at 16:44 and it’s quiet which is nice. I’m staying at the premier inn next door and I would recommend this pub for any traveler’s who are looking for a good meal.

Havent been for a while, wasnt particularly busy, maybe 5 tables had people on. Food was ok but expensive for what we got, fish was a bit watery. There were 2 girls waiting on, no food checks given, never asked if we wanted more drinks, never asked if wanted dessert menu, didnt get us the bill. When i asked for the bill, she walked off so i got the receipt and took it the bar to pay. Couldve quite easy have walked out without paying and they wouldnt have noticed. Dont think i'll be going back there anytime soon.

Gorgeous roast dinner here, with veggie and vegan options alongside the more traditional Sunday fayre. Lovely, ambient atmosphere in the dining room. The staff squeezed us in at very short notice (thank you Sarah) and accommodated my slightly finicky veggie/vegan tinkering when ordering (thank you Sandra). All in all a very pleasant first visit and we'll definitely be back.

A good local pub & restruant with a Premier Inn attached, classed as a Pub & Grill, under the Green King chain of pubs. Loads off off road parking right outside & all in the flat, for those less mobile. Pub has a nice atmosphere, not crowded with loads & chairs/tables, with three main areas. I ate from the Lunchtime menu, which I felt was good value for money & had a mini mixed grill which was well cooked, tasty & arrived pipping hot. Seems a good place to bring friends & family for decent food at a fair price.
