As always, Lucia delivers on service, atmosphere and food in a lively restaurant that provides plenty of choice. Booking is recommended in the evenings, especially Friday-Sunday but you won't be disappointed as we've never had a bad experience there. We ordered starters and mains and the service was quick, the food really tasty and the prices reasonable. Great all round!

Went for my birthday with family after a recommendation and my god, it did not disappoint! Everything about the experience from the minute we walked in was second to none. The food was out of this world, the cocktails were to die for and the service from everyone but especially Rhianna was exceptional. Really made my birthday special and the personal effort from her didn't go unnoticed. Will definitely return when next in York for sure. Thankyou to everyone there!

An absolute gem of a restaurant! Fantastic location, plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. Food is fab and a great menu to chose from and there is something for everyone! The skewers are so tasty, the tiramisu is to die for and the range and choice of drinks complement each and every dish. Well worth booking so donβt arrive and be disappointed! Staff are super tentative and friendly and made our meal special. Thanks and already looking forward to coming back again soon!

We visited tonight and had an absolutely fantastic time! We both had the fillet steak that was cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were good. The children's menu had a good choice and the kids loved their spaghetti and meatballs! The service was very good and we were well looked after throughout the night! We will definitely be back the next time we visit York!

Best culinary experience we had in York. Visited twice during our stay, lunch and dinner in different days. I had the Pan roasted chicken breast with french beans and asparagus, my sister had chicken skewers. Both were absolutely mouthwatering. For lunch the next day we tried the burgers and they also were absolutely delicious, super fresh and tasty. As a restaurant, is really fancy and beautiful, quite an instagramable place I'd say. If you sit outside, they have heaters on so you won't feel any cold, on the contrary, it is quite nice to enjoy a glass of wine under the warmth of heaters, with nice music on. We also tried desserts, Chocolate fondant and cheesecace, which were also yummy. Also, 5 star rating for the service, everyone was so lovely and kind.

We just arrived to York yesterday and found this wonderful place by chance and boy was it delightful. What seemed like an unassuming ally turned into a little wonderland. Igor the manager greeted us like he had known us for years, made us feel very welcomed. He gave us the option of sitting inside or outside, we choose outside cause it was such a lovely evening and the ambience was beautiful. The food was splendid, service was great. We definitely recommend and are planning another visit.

Nice food, but need to be more attentiveβ¦ Last came here in October and had a really great evening so I was very much looking forward to this. However, it just all felt a bit flat. The waiters were not attentive. Asked for a Coke with no ice and no lemon and it came with both, so sent it back and then had another one with lemon in. Asked for a pint of Peroni which never appeared. Steak came with no steak knife and we were not the only table itβs happened to. Itβs just the little things that you expect a high-end restaurant like this to know. Brie and Asparagus starter was quite small for Β£8 and there really wasnβt much flavour at all. For the main course my partner had rib eye steak which was Β£20 without any sides whatsoever so he had new potatoes for an extra Β£5 which seems quite steep. I had a chicken skewer which as you can see from the picture did not have a great deal on it and was slightly overcooked. I completely appreciate everything has gone up in price, but so has the menu and the quality has gone down. I find it a little bit galling that a 10% service charge is automatically added; I think that should be worked for rather than assumed as it was in this case. Hopefully this was just a bad evening and we will have another good meal there at some point. Β£68 for one starter, two mains and two drinks was definitely not worth it this time

This is a fabulous Italian restaurant with top notch food and drink right in the middle of York. It gets very busy, I would advise you to pre book! As well as seating inside there are seats outside with heaters. Staff were friendly and courteous and the service was great. The food we had was absolutely delicious! I would definitely come back here to eat again!
