What a lovely evening Food delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere with the added treat of a singer doing songs from my younger years. Ended up dancing with 2 little daughters of the owner. Highly recommend!

I've been here quite a few times but felt compelled to leave a reveiw We took my father here for a small birthday celebration. Service was on point, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The small touches fby the resturant made it a particularly memorable experience, a small candle with the baklava which they provided on the house (thank you) and the lovely banter all made the experience all the morw worthwhile. We came away feeling really rather full and happy! Thank you for a lovely evening.!!

Made a lottery pick of a choice after a short walk in the nearby Chalet Woods and was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Food, Service, Ambience, full marks. Tried the falafel dish for starters, well seasoned, and the lamb shank I had and lamb burger were both top tier. With regards to my shank, soft and succulent, falling off the bone. Highly recommend, and we will be back.

It was quite a grown up place by the atmosphere and service, we were greeted by the staff in a very professional manner. They were keen to accommodate any requests and made sure we were treated well. The lighting used low voltage so it did seem dark and a bit difficult to see anything, but it was nicely decorated. The food itself was nicely presented, although a bit disappointed to learn they didn't serve bulgur, which I thought would be normal for a Turkish restaurant. The portions were smaller than usual for a similar meal at other places, but the quality made up for it. Parking might be a bit difficult as it is on a main road, it might be easier in the evening as the restrictions are eased up.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, set menu was great value with a good choice of dishes to choose from. Tables could be a bit more updated

The real Turkish experience. I know it well because my wife is Turkish and I have been in Istanbul many times. We were served by Rafi, super attentive. Always paying attention to our needs. Food was great. I am not going to lie, the prices I saw at the menu weren’t cheap but with the inflation hitting us I am not sure anymore. What I can say is that I am used to go to a Turkish restaurant (the top ones are in Green Lane, near Turnpike Lane) and a nice grilled Seabream (my favourite fish) is between Β£15-17. Here the Seabass was Β£21. Again, not sure the current prices around yet. We arrived at 15:30 for a lunch and luckily we were just on time for the lunch set menu. It was fantastic! Check the pics of every single plate and the bill for prices! Same menu for evening is Β£5 more. Fair enough… Food was really good but more importantly, how freshly prepared all the chopped vegetables were. The restaurant atmosphere was outstanding. Super clean and welcoming. Same with toilets. Definitely we’ll come back again for the β€œa la carte” menu and review it again for Those high prices I saw. At the end we met the owner, Erol, yes like Errol Flint!. Such a great person and superb profesional. Old style welcoming, service and attention that nowadays looks totally gone. Desserts were good enough (not mind blowing) Lunch/ dinner set menu? Totally heads up!! You won’t be disappointed!

A fantastic quality lunch today. The highlight was the exceptional service from the young lady who was serving us - she was incredible and a waitress and have an air of elegance to the restaurant. The food did not disappoint and the salmon was the best I've eaten in a while. Was nervous to try here but not disappointed at all and recommend highly
