   From The welcome at the desk from the manager to Kira all the way to Sam these individuals set standards that all restaurants need to set , the friendly atmosphere and the food are a perfect match when it comes to your food then the food cooked to perfection with a twist on tradition. This Miller and Carter stands head and shoulders above all the others I've visited and I would highly recommend visiting Epping Restaurant and sample the environmental delight that greets you.    I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my husband and I had during our visit today. This is particularly upsetting because your restaurant has been our favourite for many years. I have been eating the ribeye here for over five years, and it has always been excellent – until today. I ordered my usual ribeye, cooked medium to well. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and completely lacking in flavour. My husband’s ribeye was supposed to be medium, yet it was almost entirely raw. The quality and cooking were far below the standards we have consistently enjoyed in the past. When the manager came to our table, he simply stated that the meat was indeed ribeye, but showed no real interest or concern for the fact that long-term customers were leaving their meals untouched. Despite the poor experience, we still paid the bill and left without eating. We truly value your restaurant and hope today’s situation was an exception. However, the lack of care and attention from the staff made the experience even more disappointing. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as we would like to continue being loyal customers—provided the quality and service return to the high standard we have always appreciated.

   Tucked away near Epping Forest, this steakhouse is a true gem worth the visit, especially if you’re a steak lover. While the calamari starter was a slight disappointment—more breading than actual calamari—it was a minor blip in an otherwise excellent meal. The main event, the steak, was nothing short of fantastic. Cooked to absolute perfection, it was tender, juicy, and full of flavour, easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The accompanying wedge lettuce was a delightful surprise, crisp and fresh with a delicious dressing that complemented the rich meat perfectly. The restaurant's location is a huge plus, offering plenty of parking which makes it incredibly convenient to get to. The overall ambiance is welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Despite the starter, the quality of the steak and the delicious sides more than made up for it. I'll definitely be back for that steak!

   First time visiting this place. I planned out a nice day for my fiancé’s birthday and since we don’t eat beef but always wanted to try Miller and Carters steakhouse, we chose the Epping forest branch. The service was great despite it being slow due to low staff which we were made aware of at the start. Food came on time and it was super delicious! We ordered calamari, roasted lamb rump, Camembert mashed potato and fries. The whole meal was just amazing! Lamb was cooked really nicely to our taste. We had a lovely waitress named Claire who was super sweet. Thank you Claire for being amazing! I will definitely visit this place again!

   This was my first experience at Miller and Carter and the service was amazing from start to finish. Our server Laurie, was so kind and welcoming. She even created a birthday dessert for me. The atmosphere was lovely and we had a really great evening. Oh and obviously food was 11/10 will definitely be back. Thank you so much to the team Kind regards Samantha

   I have visited many Miller & Carter but this is the best ever Miller & Carter I have visited so far and I don't think anyone can beat them. Fantastic customer service, Great Quality food and Steak are just perfect. I'll highly recommend every Steak lover to visit this Miller & Carter.

   We went on a Thursday night where they have a special offer for date night at £28.50 for three courses. We were surprised by the size of the restaurant and it is super convenient because of the car park. It has been newly renovated for those who have not visited in a while. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, given that it is a chain. The service was impeccable and the food was very well executed and everything arrived piping hot. I would highly recommend it for a casual night out as a couple or a group. Will definitely be back again!

   Fantastic meal. Came here for my partners 30th birthday, staff are very friendly and food was delicious. Only thing I could say is toilets could be looked after a bit, lack of loo roll and what there was was on floor, but iv found this at other miller and carter's also. Overall very nice evening.

   I had the 50 day aged fillet steak. It was amazing. Yes little in the pricey side , but if you are going there for a steak then that is what you should be getting, had a nice char taste, cooked to perfection, pink all round, melt in your mouth.

   Maybe we didn’t order the right dishes. The food was quite plane. The salad dish was a whole cabbage cut into two, plus a bit small tomato, for £11. I wonder who would able to eat a whole cabbage for the meal! And who would manage to eat those huge pieces by knife and fork.The meat ball looks extremely ugly, black! I don’t think they have professional chef.
