   Ordered here a few times and food has always been on time, good value but just typical British takeaway. This particular time was really bad. We ordered via just eat, it took 1hr45mims to be delivered because the driver got "lost". Our food was cold, chips were soggy. The pizzas and kebab were burnt. We called up and was offered a full refund. We had to do it via just eat to which we got £11 not £25. I went into the shop the day after to find out what was going on only to be told they had no clue what was going on because they had swapped managers. They honoured my request eventually but we settled on a full replacement instead. I have called this evening to re-order the replaced meal and that went fine. 1hr30mins have passed so I called up to be told they had forgotten to make it. Fuming is not the word I would use. Awful service, blarzay attitude and in over their head.

   I ordered 3 items The chips were lovely But the jacket potato was rock solid undercooked! Cheesecake was frozen ! Wont be ordering from here ever again! Horrendous food

   Driver didn’t show up , has no sense of direction , two men shouting down phone When it was their incompetence , hung up when I asked if they where going to deliver documented whole thing for evidence Please don’t waste your hard earnt money here !!!!

   First time using this take away. Tbf the food was ok but turned up cold. Rang takeaway to be told that we are 6 miles away and that just eat shouldnt have allowed it to be ordered ,. To me this isn't a good excuse as have ordered food from places further away and its arrived hot. They said they would replace food but nothing arrived and then had a message saying it has been cancelled. A phone call would have been good sat around waiting for food to come. Not great service or communication. Ate warmed up food 2 hours after it first arrived.
