I have been buying both Bhuna (extra tomatoes and onions) and Korma chicken curries with egg pilau rice from here for a long time. Nine times out of ten, the food is perfect. The odd time, the curry or rice tastes a bit too spicy. I'm guessing those days the main chef might be off???? Anyway, a well deserved 5 star from me! Keep it up.
Got a vegetable curry, rice and garlic naan here tonight. Curry was nice. Rice was terrible... really dry Pilau, but seemed almost plain and the garlic naan didn't taste of garlic at all. Shame
Pulled a wiry black hair out of my mushrooms half way through eating them - it had been cooked into the breaded part. Too gross.
I love this place so much! Great friendly staff, always remember me when I come in, even when it's been months! Never had a bad curry from here, they have all been well worth the price and delicious. Reasonable prices too for what you get! A weekly special deal also which has been great for me when my funds have been low. Excellent curry house.
Lovely fresh curry, just the right amount of spice. Good prices and never have to wait more than 20/30 mins
AVOID!! I was recommended this from a friend so I got a take away here for my birthday and was sick the day after, shitting and throwing up!! The chicken was pink, I rang the place the day I was sick and they said it couldn't of been food poisoning as they cook the chicken twice. If that was the case it wouldn't have been pink. And then the man suggested that it was the paprika.. I eat curries all the time, and ive never been sick. nor have I been as sick as this on any occasion, maybe apart from excessive alcoholism due to beer pong. Totally avoid..
