Order from Uber Eats, food arrived quickly but the Biryani was bland and the meat was very fatty and very very greasy. The naan was more or a Chapatti and it gave me belly aches about half and hour after eating. I won't order again I'm afraid.
I have been an industrial cleaner for 15 years and was booked in to do a kitchen deep clean. This place was absolutely filthy and I advised them to buy a new gas burner as the one they were using had not been looked after and was in some places thick with grease and fat it needed throwing away. And I was shocked to find 30 ltrs of blood and water in a deep freezer, this is where they store the food that they claim to be fresh and serve you the customer, and when I'd finished to job they refused to pay me the full amount and under paid me by £275 I would not recommend or use this place at all they got abusive towards me so I just left, anybody that wants to see the before and after pictures of this dirty filthy place I spent 2 solid days cleaning please inbox me I would only be too glad to show and expose how bad this place was, I'd spend your money else where
rubbish food. ordered dry dishes and they were all curry style. Ordered panner chilli fry and it was just raw paneer and not even fried with a few tomatoes and onions. also lamb bhuna was meant to be dry and it was not. lamb was hard and chewy. when phoned to complain then the staff was rude and sweraring. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!
Had takeaway from Simply Indian via Just Eat. Chicken Tikka, Chicken Badami Pasanda, Onion Bhaji all very nice. Salad with CT and Bhaji was fresh. Gave a couple of free poppadoms/dips.
Fast delivery, unfortunately our order was missing a naan. This was the first time I had used Simply Indian, the gentleman making the delivery, apologised a lot and took the takeaway back, returning in 5 mins with the complete order. He would not take payment!!! as the wrong order was their fault. I was astounded and quite frankly I felt a bit embarrassed by the affair. Will definately use them again, food was great.
