Horrible experience, ordered barely any dishes to receive tiny portions. We waited for over 50 minutes. stale food, unhygienic, and other customers complaining about dirty cutlery. We had to return the chili chicken due to the chicken being stale. Dirty walls. Very expensive for food to price ratio. Never got our drinks we had to wait and only received it after nagging them. Ordered momo’s (chicken steamed) and got a stomach bug, with vommiting and diahrea. They need an urgent re evaltuing of their food hygiene standards.

One of the best authentic Asian food I have stumbled across in a very long time! The food was so fresh, piping hot and full of flavour. The service was absolutely fantastic, Suman is a lovely host always making sure myself and my friend were satisfied. Will 100% be coming back here!

Did let us eat inside the shop even though we bought food from the stall outside and they are part of the shop. Apparently they have 2 different price to take away and eat in. Pointless and annoying. This was saddening as the food was quite nice. Update: this time round we was allowed to eat inside and the food hygenie rating is 5. Good service and affordable price.

Unfortunately, this place did not live up to expectations. Let's start with the positives: firstly, the prices are quite reasonable, which is a plus, and the chaat and Indo-Chinese dishes were okay, they lacked a bit of chutney. The lassi was also great in taste and thick. Now, for the negatives: the aloo paratha lacked flavour and was not the authentic Punjabi style I had hoped for, which was very disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the time and service. The service was extremely slow; we also ordered chai but had to cancel the order as we had been at the restaurant for over 50 minutes, and our tea still hadn't arrived. I understand it was busy, but tea shouldn't take that long. Personally, although the food was decent, I don't think it was worth the wait.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent – the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the food left much to be desired. The taste needs significant improvement to match the level of service. With better food quality, this place could be much more enjoyable.

Very old restaurant. First time we visited the restaurant was in 2005 and the second time in 2023. It has the same old charm. The decoration and sitting arrangement is still the same. We sat on the first floor which was very quiet. Environment was good clean and good for family. Service was pretty slow. Food was good especially their cauliflower paratha and mzngo lassi.

This was our first time to Southall and thought we would go to Chandni Chowk for our first meal. What a disappointment. The food, the dining area, the pricing - all sub par. The only reason why they’re getting even one star is because of the service. They were pleasant and attentive. We ordered chicken tikka masala and lamb kebab with naan, and a mango lassi and diet pop. The lassi was so thick. The straw just stayed in there and didn’t move. I had asked for ice and they gave me freezer burned ice! They said that people don’t normally ask for ice so they don’t keep it on hand. They just out some aside and WHENEVER someone asks for it, they give it from that, so I have no idea how long it was sitting there for. The food was definitely not worth the price. So disappointed. Unfortunately, I do not recommend. Don’t forget to follow me!!

This place is situated on Broadway, Southall, London. This place is for eating Samosa, Pani poori, Prantha, Chat and other food items especially Indian Food. I visited this place after a long time and have seen very change in the shop's quality of food. The quality of food is deteriorated up to a great extent. Staff do not bother about the customers. We ordered for pani poori, Allo tikki, chat, mango lassi, mithi lassi etc. but was much less tasty than our last visit, the water of Pani poori was so bad one can't imagine, the filling material of poori was not sufficient for filling 6 pooris put in the plate. The taste of mithi lassi and mango lassi was little better. After sometime my daughter's in law's also visited the place on the same day, but returned unhappy. We shows our concern about poor quality of food to the person sitting on the counter but he did not bothered about our concern. Our overall experience this time was not good than last time.We therefore will not recommend about good quality of food about this food joint.
