    Had the chicken tikka masala on Friday 19th December 2025 and pretty sure it gave me food poisoning. I was out of action for the next day with stomach cramps. Sadly won't be going back.

    I always get a large curry here and take it back to my room when I'm in London. It's such good value and excellent to taste. It does me three meals for 12 pounds. To look at it's just a small takeaway nothing special. But I value Rufirs.

    The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The Chicken Tikka is the best Tikka i have ever had. The meat Curry Meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the presentation was beautiful. The most impressive thing is about the hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.

    Ruffian, how accurately it describes the place! Low quality, stale food and unhygienic conditions. Got stomach aches too after eating here. Who would pay for this?!

    The food here is disgusting and has led to me being ill. It is rare I don't enjoy food but I will never eat here again. The peshwaari naan is awful, as are the samosa's/ onion bhaji's. Whilst the curry had a bit of flavour, the rice was stale and old. Avoid.

    WE GOT FOOD POISONING!!! In my 24 years of life and living in Clapham I’ve never eaten here but my friend ordered food from here as we was hungry during a night out she ordered rice and some sort of curry with suspicious fish/meat and me and another friend ordered a samosa and onion bhaji (Samosa was mushy I didn’t finish it and onion bhaji was tasteless, dry and reheated). I’ve never had food poisoning and am now suffering ☹️

    We visited this place as tourists. We ordered a big curry, but received mainly rice and only very little meat and sauce. We saw a person who the owner seemed to know as a regular customer coming in and he got about 3 times as much meat and sauce..Fine that you give regulars something extra, but as a “normal” customer I expect at least a normal quantity of sauce and meat, not being left with half a box of dry rice as we were.. The quality of the food was normal, nothing special. We’ll not return here a next time.
