We enjoyed our pre show dinner. Seasonal cocktails were spot on. All the food was presented really well . It was delicious. Portion sizes were good for sharing. Service was really good, frequent checks on how we were doing, good advice on how to choose. Leftovers were packed for us in high quality containers and an insulated bag. Well thought through. We went to the show and picked out bag up on the way back after the show was done. Nothing was too much trouble.

Really perfect evening. The food was super delicious and our servers Ivo, Felix and Jenny were amazing! Ivo came to check on us and she’s not only kind but so knowledgable as well! The other waitress lady, Odett made us tasty cocktails and everyone had smile on their faces! Was a pleasant evening, the restaurant was cosy and welcoming and my melting beef dish and the squid were something to look forward to when coming next time! Thank you to the whole team for making our evening special! Quick and efficient service and tasty food!

We had an absolutely fabulous dining experience! The food and drinks were top-notch, and the service was friendly and attentive, making me feel well cared for from start to finish. The team's recommendations were spot on, and I couldn't have asked for a better evening out. Honestly, there’s nothing I could suggest to improve – it was just perfect all around! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal.

We visited the Windsor branch at the start of August for our dad’s 70th birthday celebration. The food was delicious and the staff were pleasant, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed for the number of large tables and bookings on a busy Saturday lunchtime. We had to go up and ask to order drinks and food, and the service was very slow. The biggest let down was what happened with the birthday cake. Despite dropping it off earlier in the day with a specific request to keep it cool, it was left in direct sunlight under a skylight and had completely melted. This was a custom made cake for this special occasion which cost a lot of money so it was very upsetting. The manager was helpful and offered some compensation. She also advised that we would be reimbursed for the cake, but after sending the invoice to Giggling Squid I have still had no response, which is very disappointing.

Hubby and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food was very nice, lots of delicious flavours and portion sizes just right. A fabulous surprise of the dessert brought out to us, thank you so much.it was delicious. Tanya, our server is an absolute gem and deserves a mention as she was just so lovely and fantastic. A credit to your team. Thank you again for making our weekend perfect

Easy to find location, question is, why is two Thai restaurants located next to each other.....Food are presentable, could just imagine lots of thought have been put into it. Most dishes were tasty, i specially like to the salt and pepper squid, definitely a signature dish. Though the morning glory and pak choi could do with less oil. Price is honest and reasonable. Facilities are clean. Service are average. Ambience is excellent. Suggested to improve the oil level of various dishes including vegetables dishes and the noodle dishes. The pak kee mao we ordered was rather salty. Other than that all good. Keep up with the great work.

I wanted to keep having more pork dumplings! They were heavenly. Difficult to find grilled squid in UK, so what great to find that too. The atmosphere and music was pleasant and relaxing. What a wonderful experience. Thank you

We are regular patrons of Giggling Squid in our town (in Surrey) and visited this branch in Windsor for a day trip. Coming with and having recommended to our friends, we expected the same high standards of food in terms of consistency. However, it unfortunately isn't. Portions are significantly SMALLER. The childrens' meal are almost half the amounts of what we have at our local branch e.g. for Pad Thai. Food quality is also lower, which is disappointing. For instance, I had the Hake Feast dish and normally it is crispy but the Windsor branch version is soggy. Other adult members of our group who ordered Pad Thai also thought that the dish was underpowered in terms of taste. Not sure how Giggling Squid runs as a franchise in terms of ensuring consistency of products offered. In this instance, the Windsor branch can do better and probably should look to benchmark with other branches (pictures of our local branch dishes are shown). Overall, our visit was disappointing. I would not recommend this branch. Windsor has a broad choice of Thai food that gives better value for money.

Food is very tasty and authentic but portions could be smaller. I also didn't like the fact that you need to pay extra for a side of rice while the mains itself are quite pricey. Overall is a good restaurant and I'll definitely consider coming back.

100% satisfied! I want to go back this restaurant again. Dish was one of the best Thai food ever! Really high quality dish than I expected. Price was minimum and not too expensive. I would never forget it. High recommend!
