“Had an appointment today for a lobe piercing for my eldest child and Kaia was incredible. My child is autistic and Kaia made them feel so at ease, provided a basket of sensory toys for the piercing and chatted to them about every aspect in a way they could understand, giving them full autonomy over the experience. The shop was wonderfully eclectic and calming, cannot thank them enough for the experience today. Will return in future.”

“We have family who lives in London and have visited at least 10 times over the past 10 years and have eaten at a great many restaurants and pubs. The meal we had tonight at The Windsor Castle was the best we have had in London. The cauliflower and chicken appetizers were both done gluten free to accommodate my daughter and were outstanding. My wife's fish and chips were perfectly crispy outside and moist inside and my lamb rump roast and all 4 sides could have been from a fine dining restaurant costing more than twice as much. I will be telling our family about it and would highly recommend it.”

“Quaint hotel with 5-Star service and atmosphere. Efficient layout that was workable in the available space, didn't feel cramped. Only down side was the time to draw hot water, especially at the sink, but even in the shower. However, once it got hot, it was very hot. Complimentary breakfast buffet was of high caliber. A pot of coffee or tea was served at your table upon being seated. Food selection included: juices, fruited waters, dry cereal and milk, fresh fruit, mini croissants (plain and chocolate), assortment of fresh bread baguettes and sliced bread, selection of jams, butter, sliced fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, sliced meats, sausage, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and scrambled eggs. We were informed that if a different form of cooked egg was preferred (fried, poached, boiled, etc) to ask the wait-staff at no charge.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“We had a really friendly welcome from the staff, and a very enjoyable meal, in Prezzo Windsor today. Hubert was our main 'server'. He recommended the Roast Salmon, which was delicious. My husband tried the Marry Me Chicken for the first time, and gave it a thumbs up as well. Service was excellent ... helpful & friendly. Easily a 5 star experience all round. We'll definitely be paying a return visit soon :-).”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. “Ended up needing to spend the night in London due to travel complications. We had an absolutely awfull day but we immediately felt better when we arrived to the hotel and were greeted by Phillip and the rest of the team ! The hotel was ridiculously cheap while also being clean and had everything you could need. Great bed and sheets, good TV, tea and coffee in the rooms, a bath ,a decent breakfast and a basic but very reasonable bar. Cant thank the staff enough as they were fantastic.”

Lovely clean and spacious room and the position of the Hotel is perfect for seeing the attractions of Windsor and Eton.”
